Villa Iskandar

At first glance, I was not pleased as I was expecting the villa to be in a jungle away from people. Villa is situated near a small village/suburb through a narrow unpaved road which is surrounded by local homes. The back of the villa overlooks a river with other homes.....there is no Jungle here!Staff is very friendly and helpful. Service is good but eye of detail in cleaning is overlooked. Being this place is little rustic, bugs, dirt, and spider webs are found in bedroom and bathroom corners.During our stay, the owner of the villa was staying next door so one day most of the staff was busy at his property and was not readily available! We were disappointed about that situation as our chef got sick same day and was not available to cook for us. We told the chef to go home and don't regret making that decision at all. Alternate plans were made for for meals but we were spoiled by our chef's cooking and alternate meals were not satisfying.Villa came with fully staffed, chef and driver were amazing. My family stayed for 5 nights, age ranges between 11 yrs old to 75 yrs old and we all enjoyed the stay very much. We looked forward eating at the villa every meal. We would stay here again!Some of our staff were Suka (Manager), Chef Made, Driver Made, Butler Igung, Wuyung, and Made Jr

Only passing but seem good place

Holiday like in the brochure! The holiday villa is truly unique - nestled in the middle of the Indonesian wilderness, between the famous rice terraces and a river, it is slightly hidden on a plot of land that cannot be seen. The connection with local transport services is optimal.There is no noise pollution from cars, planes or anything else. Here you can relax. The on-site staff is always eager to give guests everything they need. Very friendly and accommodating. A daily laundry service is also possible, as is a transport service or a personal chef.The pool area and the associated lighting are a dream. Music system and WiFi are also available.There are many restaurants nearby, from all parts of the world.The beach with beach club, shopping opportunities and bars are only minutes by car.24/7 security is also included.It takes just 10 minutes to get to the UNESCO natural site of Tanah Lot.The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.Absolute luxury. All in all, an unforgettable dream vacation in paradise. 100 points
