With all the limitations in services, this is a super cheap and great villa for holding team events, family holidays, friendship holidays... There are only 3 rooms, but one room is super big and there are lots of gathering areas that can be used for sleeping as well as making it crowded, construction it's really cool... De Best, hopefully the price can remain stable... Don't forget to prepare lots of blankets because it's super duper cold for those who usually live in the heat of the city

The rooms are like old rooms that are neglected, not according to expectations, the road to the villa is scary and gives you goosebumps, the service is very 0 because there is no one there, the villa cannot be locked, the lights are dim, just scary!

The location are very far from main road, the road going here are so dark during night with no lamp. Check in here during night time might give you some goosebump π no amenities given except some soap and not working wifi. The view was great, and it was freezing at night.

ITβS A SCAMMMM!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars because the situation is so deplorable!!!! We booked the villa for 2 nights, when we arrived there was no one there and other people's belongings in the villa. No response from the owner who stole our money!!!! Never book this villa, itβs a scam of the worst kind that can exist! I hope that karma will get the better of these scammers who think they are smart people. FLEE WITHOUT HESITATION!!!!!

Really recommended villa, has a lake view, cheap price, can accommodate 8 people. Staying in the villa is comfortable with the view you get. The rooms are clean, the mother who looks after them and the owner are very helpful. Highly recommended for those who want healing, family holidays.Nb:Because behind the villa there is like a forest so sometimes there are wild monkeys suddenly, you were told when you checked in, please lock the door so the monkeys don't come in.

Nice villa with beautiful lake scenery. Very big villa with 3 bedroom. We stayed for 2 nights. We enjoy it but we was shock when the monkey come inside and stole the food. Maybe for some people they like but not for us because looks wild and try to open the window or the sliding door even we already gave food to them. Since then we cant open the window or the door...π€·ββοΈSo becarefull with the monkeys...

I think it's really worth it to stay here. Is the villa at the foot of the hill? direct view of Lake Bratan. Very cheap for a 3 Bedroom Villa. In fact, up to 10 rich people can stay here. Unfortunately there was a bit of a water problem in the morning. But it's still worth it to stay here. If you're staying, try asking the number of the villa guard, who knows, maybe the response will be faster.
