We booked 2 rooms here for a night in August. We arrived with high expectations after reading reviews and looking at photos. However, when we arrived and went into the first room (house), the saw 2 big rats running on the beams under the ceiling (near the bed).The rats were not afraid of us and continued to run. And this is with 6 peoples in the room at that moment and in daylight. I can’t imagine what they do at night.The owner responded to this by saying that this is part of nature because of the rice fields and she does not see a problem.All the people in our group didn't want to stay here because we can't imagine how you can sleep with rats running over your bed.When we asked about a refund, the owner refused to provide one.But, to be fair, they recommended us a hotel nearby when we we’re sitting at the lobby and trying to do the last minute booking.

We had a great time here. It is a beautiful stay among the rice fields and you can eat well there. The staff is very friendly. It is recommended to walk through the rice fields in the area. In the morning the weather is often clear and you have a breathtaking view.

The stars are for location. Absolutely fantastic location. Beautifully located in the rice terraces on a small river.The complex itself is also beautifully landscaped.The beds are good. Wide and comfortable.Unfortunately the hut smelled very much of toilet stone and later of drains.There was a lot of mold in the shower and sink.There was no blackout for the upper windows, so you're awake from 6 a.m.The service is friendly, but the prices are way too high for the quality of the food!In addition, they weren't very careful with the menu, banana pancakes with honey and fruit became simple pancakes with jam without fruit - for the same price.The juice was good.But price-performance rather disappointing.

PROPERTY NOT CLEAR!!.Unilaterally canceling a booking on the check-in date via the RedDoorz platform without the consent of "my" booking party, as a result I was the one at a loss!!.If the input for discounts/whatever happens is an error on the part of the Property, you should not cancel at will!!,VERY BAD AND DISTURBING CUSTOMERS!!!.
