The owner is friendly, good service.

It's old and needs maintenance. The water is not strong and the bed has a puddle in the middle. The door latch can't be closed. The TV has a weak signal, the power plug is old, the room has a lot of ants, the back door opens to the canal, you can pour cement and sit and grill pork behind the room, price 600 baht (if you paint, change the plug, look at the water, change the mattress, and connect a new TV signal, it will be very good)

That's enough because the weather around here is good. But the room will have some smell. The real wood door is difficult to close but can be closed. The water heater didn't seem safe so it wouldn't turn on. The gypsum ceiling looks swollen. There is a TV, air conditioner, 2 bottles of water, 2 bars of soap.But the owner is friendly and laid back. Come and check out the room before making a decision.
