I recently stayed at svargan Glamping lakeside and had a wonderful experience. The lakefront location is stunning, offering beautiful views and easy access to the lake Bratan. The staff & Mr. Dedi Priyogo as a GM were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. The restaurant food were delicious, providing a good variety of local and international cuisine. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

This is very classy glamping👍.The room is clean.The bathroom is clean with complete amenities.The Al la carte breakfast is delicious and the juice is made from fresh fruit. Fruit platter is served cold and fresh.The view of the lake is really cool and close to the restaurant and if you want to fish you can bring your own fishing pole.Overall, our family really enjoyed the friendly staff service from check in to check out.

The hardware of this glamping site is not bad. However, we did have a extremely bad experience here!!!Svargan means heaven but how come the other way round!!!The lock of our room did not work. It took almost 2 hours to fix it and it completely delayed our time to take good pictures of sunset. We have suggested to change room but they said all rooms were fully booked. So we could just wait and wait.During the shower, hot water supply suddenly stopped. We need to continue bathing with cold water under 17 degrees Celcius. Finally we got a cold. We tried to text them and they said there was only limited hot water supply. If you used up, you needed to wait for 30 mins. How come they told us when checking in. Crazy!!! At 11pm, they suddenly knocked our door and told us to upgrade to suite room whereas we have unpacked everything and got bathed and cold. We rejected because we were sleeping at that time. Don't forget they said the hotel was fully booked. Keep treating us as a fool.During check in, they mentioned the breakfast time was from 7 to 10am.we arrived there at 7am but the staff at restaurant told us the start time should be 8am. Really waste our time going back and forth. It really affects our planned itinerary.Really speechless for the service and this glamping site.We will not come again for sure.
