A hotel that I really liked on our tour. Nice, friendly staff, although in Bali the hotel staff are all very nice and friendly and always smiling. The rooms (bungalow) are large, clean and the bathroom is excellent. The entire garden area is absolutely beautiful, terraced, and I also meant the beautiful, clean, perfect Infiniti pool,simply great. In the higher Jackusi you can watch the sunset excellently, it's fantastically beautiful. As already written, one of the most beautiful hotel complexes. The breakfast was good but you had to order from the menu and that's not our thing, otherwise the selection was good. The coffee was very good. The only drawback is that the hotel is completely away from the hustle and bustle, not even a taxi gets lost here, so it is only intended for guests who want to stay in the hotel complex. You can also see this in the hotel prices there, there is simply no competition. This hotel is ideal for long walks on the beach. The beach is lava in color, beautiful black and fine sand. Thank you for the service and even if unfortunately only for one night, we will remember this hotel for a long time.

All in all we had a great stay. A beautiful facility. The bungalows were very large and very comfortable, we also really liked the pools and you could relax there and spend the day or unwind after a walk on the beach. The staff was consistently very friendly and helpful. You should know that the location is very remote. There are no taxis coming out here. You are dependent on the hotel transport services and this is also taken advantage of with high fares. The same with the restaurant, which we rated separately. The included breakfast is very good and sufficient even though you order from the menu.Negative: The water in the bungalow was usually lukewarm at most. We also didn't like the fact that people from outside could just walk in. On the one hand to eat in the restaurant but also to use the pool for an additional charge. One day there was a group of young people who brought a dog with them and didn't behave well (e.g. dog lying on the bed) and he also did his business on the property. Of course it's not nice when external bathers disturb the hotel guests internally, take away loungers and behave badly.

This is my third time coming here. The room is clean, and the atmosphere is very peaceful with a beautiful view of Pasut beach. The restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful (especially Artha). However, the male front office staff is very unfriendly toward locals. Perhaps in the future, they should receive training on how to be more attentive to guests (both local and international). Thank you.
