The room is very small for 2 people, I got room 310 with AC which wasn't cold, there were mosquitoes again😌😌

Hotel near Gubeng station, Surabaya square, youth center can walk.Facilities include soap, toothbrush, towel, 2 clothes hangersThe TV can turn on and function, when I tried to netfix YouTube it couldn't and asked the boss and he said it really doesn't work.The water heater works and the AC is also coldThe check-in time was long because the wait for the previous person took a really long time even though there were 2 people but only 1 person was operating it. KTP/SIM as collateral.Order on Agoda and don't forget to confirm with the receptionist beforehand whether it has been confirmed or not.There is no lift so those carrying suitcases have to lift them up themselves. Got breakfast but couldn't make it at that time because I was rushing for the train.If you take an ojol, the road is a bit roundabout because it's in the same direction...There are 2 types of this hotel, my studio hotel is like a dormitory, the one I ordered lively has an ensuite bathroom for around 230

Single room on 2nd floor, quite clean. Thin blanket n good AC. Maybe because the AC is still new, even at the minimum level I still have to wear a jacket. There are no sleepers, nor mats. Even though the receptionist provided the wifi password, the internet connection could not be accessed from inside the room.

Came here twice because the TV can play Netflix and YouTube, so you can watch COC.Give 3⭐️ because the service was a bit lacking, the first time I came here the receptionist was indifferent and unfriendly, the second time I came here I got a room where the wifi was a bit difficult and the bathroom lights were on and off.Overall it's pretty good to book via t1k3t.c0m. When I came here for the first time, I requested a book with a king bed with a window (view) and they gave me the 1st floor (but that's okay because I'm cowardly so it's okay to hear it's crowded), the second time I went to the Soni book with a single bed because I thought I'd get a room on the 1st floor again hehe, but that turned out to be the case. I was finished so I got to the top one with the view window. (It's strange when you request you don't get it, but when you don't request you get it)Breakfast is okay, bread and tea, regarding mineral water because I prefer cold water, it turns out it's only available on the 1st floor, so it's a bit tiring, going from the 4th floor to the 1st floor using stairs. Basically, for me, I prefer the 1st floor, it's busy (so I'm not too afraid) and it's easy to get mineral water (so there's a water container + glass in the room)
