I would like to express my disappointment regarding my experience staying here, especially regarding the inadequate service and facilities. I have tried to contact the active manager number via WhatsApp but did not get a response, even when I called they didn't pick up. When arriving at the location, the staff seemed confused and their communication was unclear. I ordered a "standard tent" type tent through Agoda, but was initially given a "box tent" type tent which was priced lower than what I ordered. After I conveyed my objections, we were given suitable tents.The condition of the tent is also poorly maintained; in the bathroom, the shower head was missing, and at night there were snails coming into the tent. In the outside area, there is a table with nails sticking out, which is very dangerous if you accidentally sit on it.The most disappointing thing was the quality of the breakfast served. The rice provided looks unhygienic because it has black spots, whether it is mold or other stains. After I complained, breakfast was replaced with toast, but I had to wait 30 minutes, and my order was given to someone else. After I expressed my objection again, the toast was given to me.Overall, my experience staying here was very unsatisfactory. The price I paid (425k) was not commensurate with the quality of service and facilities provided. I hope there are improvements in the future to make other guests' experiences better.

If you bring a car here, be prepared for your holiday to be uncomfortable, every time you are told to move the car because the parking lot is narrow and messy, the management is very unfriendly, the dangdut karaoke people are very loud until late at night, there is nothing to stop you... it's like a night market, there's no way you can sleep soundly there

Booking 7 rooms 2joglo 3putih 2lumbung. The most expensive is Joglo but the condition of the rooms is the most pathetic, the place itself is dirty, there are cobwebs in the corners, the sheets are dirty, the bathroom smells like hot water can't be used. The table is also about to break up, I don't know, I can't say anything anymore.

GREAT EXPERIENCE...executive double suite room..+ there are play facilities for children (swings, slides, etc.)+ cool cool atmosphere and lakeside+ the rooms are quite clean+ there is hot water in the bathroom+ very active and friendly staff+ can do bbq at a rate of 200-225k for 3-4 people- bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved- Parking lane dipsDon't forget to prepare clothes for cold temperatures, it can be up to 18 degrees in the room at night..

The people there are not friendly, pretend to be big shots..and they are uncomfortable with the Deer by Take Lake location, between security, about parking..so just be prepared to be challenged by the Deer by Take Lake security school if you can't get parking..Come on, brave spa!!?
