Order via the blue application, get a room on the 5th floor,β’ For the room: sad lights (very dim), sad pillows (dirty, smelly, used), bathroom (not bad).β’ Hotel position/location: very good.

It seems like I no longer need to describe the condition of this hotel because there are already many more detailed reviews. It seems that this hotel lacks maintenance, perhaps because it is old and after the effects of the pandemic.But a suggestion for the owner and management, even though the hotel is old, cleanliness must still be maintained, especially in the rooms because guest comfort is the main thing.Hopefully it will be better in the future..

5 years ago the Onyx Hotel was very comfortable with adequate facilities but in the last 1 year it seems like there have been a lot of changes and there needs to be renovation and improvement of the management system...

Quite quiet and not far from the airport and Ketapang city center. The only problem is that the rooms seem poorly maintained and cleaning supplies (towels, etc.) are not available directly in the rooms)

For staying overnight, it's okay.But, if you're staying overnight, it's not recommended.Some of the water taps were loose, the lift was broken, with the entry card you could access all the doors. π€¦πΌββοΈ

It's really bad, the hotel telephone number is very difficult to call, when we pick it up we're talking and it's turned off, the hotel room is not suitable, the lift is dead, the room is not clean, the toilet also sometimes leaks water, the mattress looks like it hasn't been cleaned.

This hotel is quiet enough for resting. Unfortunately, the impression is that it is really not well maintained.When you get your room on the 5th floor you have to go up the stairs because the lift doesn't seem to have been working for a long time. But the officer said it had just been damaged.The bed linen towels were really badly maintained.
