Have booked Friday to Sunday. Got there Saturday morning around 7am. Requested 100% of the rental price for 2 nights with the reason of checking in before 2 pm. Even though I ordered from the application and paid 100%. Wes, I don't really recommend it! What a tsk

I booked a room on booking.com, cheap price 75k. I see the properties in the application are good. I arrived before check-in time, intending to rest for a while and check out 6 hours later, I was told to wait for check-in time and was told the room was not air-conditioned, I agreed even though the app said the room was air-conditioned. After 1 hour of waiting, eh, instead we were taken to Juwingan Syariah 2 which is a boarding house, not OYO at all, really a boarding house, 3rd floor, the room and mattress were dusty, and the water was hot (not warm), the bathtub was dirty, there are traces of shampoo sachets. I asked the staff, they were told that if full Sharia 1 is USUALLY transferred to Sharia 2 or 3. This is clearly not in accordance with the products offered. I think even if you move, at least it will be a hotel, not a boarding house. At the same time, the product is closed. I've given up on coming here. Even if the room matched the photo and the price went up I wouldn't have a problem... but it turns out there's nothing good here. Finally I decided to check out straight away rather than having an unclean shower and not sleeping well.

Searched for "HOMESTAY" twice, complained at Oyo, they were only given the "HOMESTAY" telephone number, when they called, the number was not active, money was lost.

Got there late at night. The hotel is quiet. Waited on the terrace for an hour while being bitten by mosquitoes. Eh, it turns out there's no one looking after him. The telephone number listed on the fence cannot be contacted (the number is wrong).After meeting the guard, the room turned out to be full. So the money is lost. Paraaahhhh

The room is new but the cleanliness maintenance is far from clean... The toilet is sitting without a tank so it has to be flushed manually, the water tank is dirty, the toilet has used cigarette butts, no water heater, the water on the 3rd floor doesn't spray very fast. The AC is cold because it's a new building It's great but unfortunately the floor is dirty... The bed has just been opened with the plastic seal, it's a shame the sheets haven't been replaced, the bag cupboard is dusty. Bed size 160, 1 pillow + 1 bolster, if you ask for an extra bolster pillow, you can't get a blanket (even if you ask for an extra pillow, you have to get it yourself in the empty room next door). The point is that the guards are not friendly. Order directly for 150 thousand, want to order via the application, the price is 70 but the guard will give you the room via the application, which is in the other house, which is "no" really... But if you use the application, you can get drinking water. Hopefully this helps and in the future we will pay more attention to cleanliness maintenance
