I stayed for six days premium VIP room. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Bed sheets, pillowcases and blankets are not so clean and smelly. House keeping ~ poor cleanliness. But there are so many things that I felt discomfort like dribbling and noisy air con, TV remote and TV resolution are in bad conditions, 2 small free 0.5 liter purified water for two persons per day. There is no hand washing soup and poor lighting in the room.

It's good in terms of convenience, but the neighborhood is quite complicated. It's best not to go out at night, and don't go to some massage parlors. I heard that it's not easy to take a taxi back to your residence, because you will be rejected if you hear about the location (a friend who took them back said this in the taxi) some reasons)It won’t be difficult for us to get a taxi back, but the price is very high, so we have to bargain 😆It’s hard to catch a taxi from here at 6pm, there’s so much traffic! It's dark outside at night! , no street lightsWe need to improve our cleanliness. We dare not use the bathtub if it is dirty! The restaurant next door downstairs is pretty good! There is something to eat around in the morning and evening. There are two supermarkets within a 2-3 minute walk.Tell you secretly! The supermarket items in the department store opposite are even cheaper than Big C! exclaimed I thought!

1. The room has a musty smell (you can smell it when you enter the lobby).2. The room card is old-fashioned and the elevator is extremely hot.3. The bathroom equipment is poor, the shower head is too high and cannot be fixed.4. Many diners gather at the door at night, making it a popular place.5. The gathering point for a one-day tour, and the cooperative tour guide is great. (five hearts)

Staying for two nights is not recommendedPros:1. Good location, very close to the MRT station, with two convenience stores nearby.2. Three Thai service staff, two females and one male. Only the beautiful lady with wavy hair was willing to actively solve problems.Cons:1. Poor service:Please note that good service doesn't just mean smiling at you; it means actually being able to solve problems when they arise. Here, when I raised issues, the other Thai lady immediately became unfriendly and shifted blame.2. Rooms smell bad:The most unacceptable aspect was the foul smell permeating from the bathroom drain into the room. Even with strong air fresheners, it couldn't be masked. It's the kind of smell that makes you feel sick and nauseous after a while.3. Night shift Thai male staff is dishonest:Due to the hotel's own issues, they downgraded my room without refunding the price difference, which is reasonable, right?! But they pretended it had nothing to do with them. It took constant communication with the boss to get any response, which was unbelievable .Detailed Experience:Booking late during the Songkran Festival when options were limited, I reluctantly chose from the remaining ones. When I checked in around nine in the evening, the night shift Thai male staff informed me that my originally booked luxury room (around NT$1800 per night) was leaking and had air conditioning problems. As they were fully booked, they could only offer me a lower-tier room (around NT$1200 per night). I had no choice at the time, and they only said sorry, without any intention of refunding the price difference or compensating for their own issues.Later, upon entering the room, I was horrified. The smell in the bathroom was unbearable! It was a sewage-like smell emanating from somewhere, lingering even with the door closed, making me feel like I was about to get sick. The next morning, I informed the two Thai female staff members on duty about this issue. One of them, who had initially greeted me with a smile, turned hostile and said aggressively, "That was handled by the Thai male staff last night. You should talk to him." Later, the other service staff, named Meili, couldn't bear it and offered to contact the boss on my behalf. However, she couldn't guarantee how much of the price difference would be refunded in the end .In the end, I endured two painful nights and fell ill with a fever upon returning home.+++++++++++++++Not recommended for a two-night stayLet’s sort out simple items first and then elaborate on them in the following text.advantage:1. The location is good, very close to the Skytrain station, and there are two supermarkets nearby2. There are three Thai service staff, two women and one man. Only the one with beautiful wavy hair is willing to actively solve the problem.shortcoming:1. Poor service:Please pay attention to the so-called good service. It does not mean that the service is good if it just smiles at you, but it means that the service is good if it can help you solve the problem when you really encounter something. Here, as soon as the problem is reported to the other Thai girl mentioned above, I will immediately give it to you. You change your face and shirk responsibility2. The room smells bad:The most unacceptable thing is that the sewer smell from the toilet drifts into the room. Even if you use a strong fragrance, you can't cover it up. If you smell it for a long time, it will make you sick and make you want to vomit.3. The Thai man working the night shift is dishonest:Because the hotel downgraded the guest's room due to the hotel's own factors, shouldn't it be common sense to refund the price difference!? But they pretended to have nothing to do with them. They tried to respond the next morning and had to keep contacting the boss before they could find out anything. It was unbelievable.Details:I booked a room too late and it happened to be during the Songkran Festival, so I didn’t have many choices so I had to choose from the remaining options. When I checked in at around 9 o’clock that night, the night shift Thai male service staff told me that the deluxe room I originally booked (about NT$1,800 per night) was leaking and the air conditioner was malfunctioning. When the room was fully booked, I could only be given a low-end room (about NT$1,200 per night). At that time, I had no choice and the other party only said sorry and had no intention of refunding the price difference or any compensation due to their own reasons.I was very shocked when I checked in later. The toilet smelled too bad!!! The smell of underground water drains continued to emit from nowhere. Even if the door was closed, the room could still smell it. It made people want to vomit and get sick. feel. The next morning I reported this matter to the two Thai female service staff on the day shift. One of them changed her smiling face from smiling to one and said very fiercely: "That was handled by the Thai man last night for you. You have to go find him." ". Later, another service staff named Meili couldn't bear to listen and said she was willing to help me contact the boss. However, there was no guarantee of how much the difference in price would be refunded in the end.In the end, I stayed in pain for two nights and developed a fever after returning home.
