The water smells bad and leaks badly from the back of the toilet in room 17, there's no blanket, please help the person sleeping with a hilarious blanket... Then the room smells really musty but the door is really hard to open... I really don't recommend Disni accommodation.

My belongings were stolen, even though the keys were not tampered with, 3 cell phones, tablet, laptop, cash, the loss was estimated at 100 million.

The water smells of iron, the water heater is also useless, no blankets, the bed sheets are also a bit dirty, the bathroom may need more attention, can't expect much at the price of 157 thousand, hopefully it can be better than before

I was very disappointed with this hotel, even though I had booked it 2 weeks before & had already been delayed, when I arrived on the day it turned out there was no one in my name booked on that date, in fact I was blaming why I didn't contact CS & couldn't just book from WA even though I had already chatted Official WA, even on D-3, H-1, they didn't pick up or reply to my chat, there I wanted to confirm that I wanted to pay off but there was no response at all, my house was far away, when I arrived in the middle of the night hoping I could rest, it turned out my room was already filled by other people without confirming it to me, so we couldn't stay there, the CS also didn't coordinate, & one of the CS even said to stay somewhere else, very disappointed, & after they checked again it turned out there was my name but it wasn't booked there, even though my money was returned, I was disappointed. Please fix it

I ordered using the Agoda application but when I arrived at the location it said the price was different and I was charged another 125 thousand before I stayed the price was the same as appliedThe bathroom and bedroom were not as dirty as usual and smelled of cigarettes, the pillowcases and bedsheets were also dirtyThe previous time I stayed there, it was very comfortable. I hope it can be improved in the future

I'm sorry I won't stay here anymoreYes, I stayed in the room all day, but I guess I checked out and paid one nightIn fact, when I stayed overnight, the room had already been sold to another customer, even though my status still had a long way to go. If I checked out, I would automatically take my ID card.Well, I haven't taken my ID card yet and the check out time is still too long. How come it's being sold to another room without any confirmation from me? I used to have a few hours to check out.

Stayed 3 nights, the first night was safe, the second and third nights the water was dead, on the 3rd day I didn't shower early because of an event, I couldn't even fall asleep, in the afternoon I came home and the water still wasn't on... still having to fix it, it took me all day to fix the water. ++ given torn bed sheets & no blankets

I give 1 star service, just one stay here... when I wanted to check out, I wanted to pick it up when I was greeted by the receptionist. The reception room was locked and I waited almost an hour because I was in a hurry. I thought no one would have slept inside even though it had already been banged on. Called several times... still can't hear it... I'm very emotional. There should be one person on guard. If you want to take turns sleeping, don't sleep all the time, otherwise because my ID card is being held by the receptionist, I don't want to wait long.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Unfortunately the toilet couldn't be flushed because the button was broken. So it can't be eek.There is a mattress, TV, clothes hangers, table and two towels have also been prepared
