Initially I thought staying at GSS was expensive, but it turns out the facilities available are according to the rate. Improvements here and there are necessary for guest comfort.Good luck GSS

Admin suggestion permission.Especially on the front terrace, the distance between the floor and the iron grille seems too far, in the current situation it is not safe for children, hopefully it can be fixed.The rest is all okay.FYI, there is no hotel laundry, but the hotel can distribute clothes to be washed to the laundry outside the hotel.Thank You

The AC works well and can be very cold. The TV is connected to the internet. Wifi is smooth. There's breakfast. There is also a prayer room available. But the swimming pool cannot be used yet. The bathroom faucet is problematic. The slope of the bathroom floor is not suitable so that the water does not flow into the drain and so it pools a little and the floor cannot dry

For complete facilities, but the TV is just a display and can't be watched because the water smells of rust, the swimming pool can't be used for the price of 400/night, it's not worth it, there's no breakfast, move on with even better service...

When I got a room where the drainage was blocked, and asked for a room facing the lake but they were told someone was already occupied even though the parking lot was empty.

For a hotel with a price per night in the range of 400,000 without breakfast, it seems a bit difficult because for drinking water, you can only get bottles and glasses because the water has run out, the water smells of mud and is yellow, the shower has a very small flow, the water heater doesn't work. Cleanliness also needs to be improved because cigarette ash is still scattered in the hallways and stairs, the damaged toilet has not been repaired. It's a shame that the building is new but the maintenance and operation are not yet optimal

The hotel is big but unfortunately the water is very bad and the water is dying so I'm disgusted so I go to the bathroom. There is very minimal maintenance, even many of the room lights are broken and many of the air conditioners are not cold. The swimming pool is also rich in green and murky ponds

From the outside, the hotel looks really good. But less satisfying. As soon as I entered the room, the trash can was still full, from previous stays. Towels and mats are not available. The room next to where a friend was staying was really bad, the waste water in the bathroom was clogged. For the swimming pool, it's REALLY BEAUTIFUL, THE WATER IS REALLY GREEN.. THE MOSS.. is really bad π€£π€£π€£

sorry this time I gave it this much... The bed is nice, soft, the pillows and blankets are also comfortable. The AC is cold, there is hot water, there are 2 large towels + 1 mat, there are also 2 trash cans. There is coffee and tea, also a hot water kettle.but,,The water was small, and in the morning it suddenly turned off and became cloudy in all the rooms. But after repairing it, it ran smoothly again. the internet is not smooth, it's better to bring your own wireless. There are no tissues provided in the room and there are no toothbrushes. only liquid shower soap is stuck to the wall. It seems there is a dining room in the lobby, but breakfast is not available.My advice, please keep the stainless steel bathroom faucets, drains and shower clean. Apart from that, the swimming pool must always be drained even though it is the holiday season but the pool is mossy. Initially we chose here because it was said that this building had just been renovated. Hopefully it will improve more so that visitors feel at home and there will be lots of recommendations. Graha Serasan Seandaman, in a beautiful place, for a panoramic view towards Lake Ranau, and the vehicle parking location is quite spacious.
