The place is cozy, has an industrial theme too. Instagrammable tooThe room is clean, the AC is cold, the warm water is on.There is a parking lot and security guard.The food and drink menu is still safe and delicious too.But the minus is that according to sharia, there is no ablution tap in the room, it is difficult to do ablution at the sink because the shower is a non-removable model.Then prayer mats were not provided directly.The rooms are not too soundproof.The location is easy to find but the road is narrow.Then it's difficult to call the housekeeper because there's no telephoneThe price is cheap.

The place is cool...exclusive. safe and comfortable.The problem was staying on the 2nd floor. When checking in, the toilet floor was very wet. Not yet dry. And it looks like there is a problem with the AC in the room. Tolob was helped to recheck again because it suddenly turned itself off.Overall. Shall come back again. THANK YOU for the hospitality.

Stayed here 4 days for a nice roomcold air conditioning, fast wifi, soap towels and toothbrushes are also provided.good service, the guys are also friendly, security is very good.There must be a marriage certificate when checking inYou can also rent monthlyThere is also a cafe downstairs where you can take delivery to your room.

The architecture is very aesthetic, comfortable, clean and spacious, the location is quite easy to reach.Came here again on May 24 2024, the bathroom smelled a little bad when I first came, I rinsed all the parts, the smell still hasn't gone away.

We searched the place all over Palembang for the value-for-money stay and this place exceeded my expectations!Looking for a location to stay via Google and OTA, with many considerations finally chose Rattanhaus. We booked 4 rooms for 2-3 nights.A place with a cafe on the ground floor and large parking area. Rattanhaus has additional parking in front. Cafe integrated with the main building + aesthetic✨️ (No photos because I forgot, but according to people's reviews)Rattanhaus is an exclusive boarding house but can be rented daily (via OTA such as Travel*k* etc.). However, it doesn't feel like a boarding house because the hallway area of the rooms is large so they don't disturb each other.Strategic location, especially if you have activities around Griya Agung.Room facilities include hot and cold water, AC, TV. Mattress quality is appropriate.Admin, staff and security services are good and helpful👍🏻Please note, the checkout deadline is 12 noon, if you leave later than that you will be charged. (I got charged when I just handed over the 12.45 card, because it was loaded with a lot of stuff😶). Can be improved for late checkout service with notes/in special cases.Overall its a pleasant stay and recommended!Thanks!
