The place is great and the atmosphere is calm. The cold water and cold air are also good for relaxing. The service is good and friendly. The swimming pool is also clean and cool too. Best for this hotel 👍

It's comfortable to stay here with a view of the tea plantation and Mount Dempo, there is a swimming pool, swings and a train for children to play with. Very suitable for a family holiday. And the service and owner are really friendly👍👍👍

This is the second time our family has stayed here, the place is nice, calm and cool, the staff are very friendly and polite, we feel like kings, right? Mr. Idris and his colleagues, please maintain this...Coincidentally, when we were staying there, we met directly with the owner's son, his older brother Yusuf, the person I spoke to when booking the hotel, he was a nice person, very polite, very polite, coincidentally when we were chatting, they also own the Sriwijaya Hotel which is located in Jakabaring and we often use it for events. Service, so it's even more fun to chat😉It's just that if we can give a suggestion, the water heater isn't hot enough for a family to use, so if it's for a family shower, the last part of the water isn't warm enough, even like normal water, apart from that, everything is ok, basically this hotel is the best,,,,,Hopefully one day our family can come here again, greetings from Dr. Ubay. Recommendations for places to stay and family holidays. The owner and staff are very friendly. From the swimming pool you can clearly see Mount Dempo and the city of Pagaralam. Rooms are spacious, clean.

I stayed 2 nights here, recommended accommodation, spacious and clean rooms, beautiful views from the room and hotel, you can clearly see Mount Dempo, the most important thing is that the owner and staff are all friendly, there is also a canteen with delicious food here and the price is cheap, the children are also happy because there are toys and a swimming pool, there is only 1 drawback in my opinion, there is no air conditioning hehe so in the afternoon it feels hot because the building material is made of wood, because in my opinion air conditioning is important for air circulation so it doesn't get stuffy and stiflingly hot. but overall it's okay, the best compared to other lodgings in the natural fence. keep up the quality👌👌

The service is okay, the food prices are a bit expensive, but still okay, because it's far from the crowds, the rooms are comfortable. There is a water heater though but it is limited. Rooms vary, tents are also available.

Rate per night 850 thousand? Spacious room with 2 queen size beds. What's not nice is that in the morning the water in the toilet suddenly runs dry 😂 maybe at that time the hotel guests were busy

for me everything is good enough for the location in the area. Access is good and can be found via Google Map. The room doesn't need to be luxurious, but the mattress is comfortable, the atmosphere is calm and the hotel management always takes care of all the guests' needs. Thumbs up to Mr. Iris who is good at English.the water is strong, but it seems that hot water cannot be expected if many guests are bathing at the same time.unfortunately the wifi is not strong even the signal provider is sad. The swimming pool is clean and safe enough for children.a walk around the tea plantation is also fun. Thank God the air was good while we were there without traffic jams and it was safe

Putri Sriwijaya Resort is truly the best. Have been to Pagaralam twice, stay here and stay. Recommended for those on holiday with their family. Many photo spots that can be taken. Even in the morning you can see Mount Dempo clearly. Great pollll
