The location of the restaurant is well placed in relation to the port. From the restaurant you have a view of the harbor and the sea. The service is pleasant and offers a wide range of food and drinks. The food was tasty and good. They also offer a tour to nearby bays for snorkeling.

I used the Inn's restaurant, so won't I've no idea about the rooms and facilities. It's a Lonely Planet listed place, so maybe good for budget travellers. The restaurant, with its harbourside location, is very popular with divers and snorkelers waiting for boats or coming off the boats. In the afternoon, when the boats return, it may be hard to get a seat, despite its spaciousness and extensive seating. The dining area is under two traditional Balinese sheds, with conical roofs, ceilings of cane and wood, open on all sides. It's very airy, and a great place to have a beer. It was morning, so I'd breakfast in mind. The menu is extensive and given Topi's popularity, the prices are tourist-oriented, much higher than comparable locations in Kuta-Legian. I spotted cornflour with milk, something which I hadn't had for a long time, so ordered one with Bali coffee. For the prices, the servings can be pretty disappointing. Instead of a breakfast I got an appetizer. The ticket price for my order, set me back USD 5.50! That's a lot of good money for a serving the size of an appetizer. Never mind, its carp pool, funky bathroom and creative wooden furniture. The Puri Raya restaurant 250m down the same street, remains your best harbourside bet for a decent breakfast at moderate prices.

Today was my birthday, so we decided to eat. The food was quite ok but the portions were an absolute cheek even the small children aged 5 to 10 didn't get enough even though they had ordered an adult portion and the question of cheese was only responded to the second time and both times we had to pay 22 000 although we only got something once

The fact that this is rated as a one-star property is absolutely true. When we came here, these folks were pretty sweet because we hadn’t taken the boat yet, and hence paid. Once we did that, things started going downhill. We took the snorkeling excursion and after having snorkeled at various spots in and around Bali, safe to say that this was one of the worst experiences. The water was terribly dirty, there were jelly fish all around (stinging people, including us) and their diver with us couldn’t get bothered enough with this situation. Out of the 2 hour trip, we snorkeled for probably 30 minutes, at max - a very unpleasant experience.Once we went back to this Topi Inn place, they refused that we couldn’t take a shower because we were not eating lunch. I mean, see the reviews of their food here, people are spotting insects and they want us to eat that unhealthy food. On top of that, their staff is absolutely mannerless. One of them said, you go to your hotel and then started blabbering something unpleasant in her native language. I don’t mind if there are regulations but she should’ve told us earlier when we told her that we don’t want to eat after snorkeling. And there’s just nothing that can justify such poor behaviour. When we told her about our snorkeling experience, she just refuted the possibility of jelly fish being in the ocean. This is the first time I have met someone so unwelcoming and been a part of such a forgetful water experience in Bali. Never recommending this to anyone, at all.Edit (response to the owner) - hello, thank you for responding and clarifying. In that case, would strongly recommend you to have that distinction as those folks were representing your place from booking until the end. Booking, lunch preference and post-snorkeling misbehaviour - all happened at your outlet.
