Last year staying here still had many shortcomings and I had time to review it and give input too. And it turns out there is an improvement. On July 7 2024, we again tried to stay at this hotel with the same room type, namely a triple room. This time it was all good... The room was starting to get clean, the cupboard was no longer damaged and the AC had been replaced so it was cooler. At 9pm the toilet was clogged, but after reporting it to the receptionist the technician immediately came and it was straight away... for the triple room the rate was 450 thousand. We got a very spacious room + there was a living room. Free breakfast and dinner for 3 adults. For children over 5 years old, a fee of 25 thousand is charged for one meal. The security guys are also good. The car is parked, so you don't have to worry about looking for parking. The main thing is that this stay was satisfying. Hopefully it can be maintained. This hotel's policy is very strict, couples who are not HUSBAND WIFE will not be allowed to stay here. Very strategic location. That's all my review, I hope it's useful.

Not friendly enough to ask whatever you want, the elevator makes a scary sound... the shower water is small and you can't use the bath, the sink is stuck, the water is stagnant... the AC isn't cold enough

The rooms are spacious, but there is no Wi-Fi on the 3rd floor but there is wifi on the 4th floor. Get free food in the morning and evening. There is a bathtub in the room but on the 3rd floor there are no MNCTV and RTV broadcasts on TV.

The air conditioner in the room was hot, the bathtub was broken and damaged... the dinner wasn't delicious, only 1 breakfast menu and the side dishes weren't worth it, not to mention the food at the restaurant I ordered very salty black pepper beef which was very salty and couldn't be eaten.

Old model hotel, so the space is really spacious. Strategic location, parking is sometimes a bit difficult. Good service, just ordinary food, it's better to eat out, Palembang has lots of delicious food. Here there are speakers with murrotals on every floor, and don't be surprised that the sound of the call to prayer in the mosque will make you sleepy

Old hotel with relatively affordable prices but needs to be rejuvenated with room facilities, especially AC and bathrooms. So you need to check and recheck the room facilities before checking in. Service is quite good by Palembang standards. The location is quite strategic. There's no need to worry about parking the car because the car keys are left with the staff to park.

The hotel is nice and clean, but the night reception service department is not friendly, the wifi network in the rooms on the 3rd floor is very inaccessible because there is no signal booster on each floor.There is no guest complaint box, I want to complain that the manager was not given a solution by the male receptionist at night.
