Stayed at Amed-ku for a week. Staff were amazing and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool on site. Beach outside your door. Located conviently close to tours, restaurants, diving and shops but still quiet and private. Highly recommended. Clean drinking water and breakfast is provided.

We had a really nice stay at Amed-Ku Villa in Amed. The villa is located directly on the beach and offers a very beautiful view of the sea.However, what really makes this accommodation in Amed special is the personal service from Oliver and Juliana, the villa hosts and their great team. They all made us feel at home from the first minute. Their warm hospitality and attention to guests' needs made our stay wonderful.The villa itself was spacious, comfortable and designed with great attention to detail. The furnishings were partly traditional Balinese with personal pictures and paintings, which created a pleasant atmosphere. The private pool was a true oasis of relaxation and a wonderful way to enjoy the warm days in Amed. Funnily enough, there is also a sauna in the villa, but we didn't try it out.The small but very tasty breakfast that was served to us every morning was simply delicious and we were able to eat it on our small terrace overlooking the sea.The location of the villa is ideal for exploring Amed and visiting the surrounding attractions. Oliver and Juliana were always there to help us with valuable tips and recommendations to get the most out of our stay in the region. Oliver also runs a diving school, No Fear Diving, which offers diving courses as well as introductory diving.All in all, our stay at Amed-Ku Villa was a really great experience. We can highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and personal retreat in Amed.

We spent three wonderful nights in the Amed-ku Beach Villa right on the beach. The spacious and comfortably furnished rooms were equipped with everything (air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, kettle, drinking water, etc.) that you need for a pleasant stay.The daily breakfast always ensured a perfect start to the day, and the WiFi was reliable and stable.We found relaxation at the small pool right on the beach with loungers, and there is even a sauna available. Everything was in excellent and well-maintained condition, and the extremely friendly and helpful staff rounded off our stay perfectly.The location of the villa is also ideal as warungs, restaurants and small supermarkets are within walking distance. The owners of the villa also own a small, family-run diving school called "No Fear Diving", where divers and snorkelers get their money's worth.

Our four day stay at Julianaβs place in Amed was just perfect.Our room at the villa was simple, clean and excellent value for money. Everything worked and we were extremely comfortable.The room is decorated with little touches that show that these people really care about providing an authentic beachside Bali experience. Juliana and her team are always on hand for anything we needed and did an excellent job of making us feel welcome with a friendly casual relaxed style.The villa rooms are set right on the beach with a fantastic crystal clear swimming pool surrounded by a day bed pagoda and sun lounges overlooking traditional Balinese fishing boats looking out to the horizon over a calm swimmable bay. I especially enjoyed a dip in the ocean followed by a plunge in the pool.Oliver and his dive shop team provided us with snorkelling gear at no charge and advised us on some excellent locations in the bays of Amed. We saw shipwrecks, turtles, amazing tropical fish and a myriad of soft and hard corrals. The snorkelling spots are in small bays only meters of the beach in shallow calm water and are an excellent experience for novice and beginner snorkellers. Just Amazing!!The property is in the heart of the restaurant and shopping strip of Amed Beach off the road with no traffic or nightlife noise, just the sound of the waves and the fishermen coming and going adding to the chilled-out fishing village vibe.Next door on the beach is a little bar serving simple cheap seafood and cold beer with the most amazing sunsets over the volcano Mt Agung. Not to be missed. The sunrises whilst sipping coffee on the beach are just as amazing, bring a good camera to capture this as a phone does not do it justice.This place was definitely the best value for money seaside experience we have had in Bali on our multiple trips over the years. I can not thank Juliana, Oliver and the team enough. Just Magical.

Perfect location right on the beach next to the very good Chill Bar, a clean little pool, cozy and clean rooms with fridge, very good breakfast, kind and friendly staff and all this for a very fair place. What else could you wish for? :)

Unfortunately, before I could move into my room of the villa, I had to move to another accommodation for two days as the villa was sold out. Although the other accommodation was also very nice and a little cheaper, it is supposedly small things that make the difference and are how a guest notices that the Amed-ku Serviced Beach Villa is run according to Central European standards and beyond: my room was lovingly... and tastefully furnished, the bathroom is great, just like the view from my room, there are enough sockets, the roof is insulated, neither a fridge nor a safe is missing and, and, and... In short, it is a place of well-being where everything works. There is no mold in the corner, no flaws in the walls or remnants of water damage, as I have often found in my other accommodations.The pool is small but nice, is serviced daily and the outdoor area flows directly into the beach.What particularly benefited me was that you could get the delicious breakfast even after the usual breakfast times. It's not necessarily a given.If I end up in Amed again, I will want to spend my time there again!

The rooms are right on the beach, pool is small but refreshing of a eve. Juliana and her sisters are amazing. Very chilled spot. Recommend warung amek and galanga.Pasha bar if you want a cold beer.

Very great accommodation. We were a group of five people and enjoyed the whole area to ourselves. Spacious rooms nice bathroom/shower room.Very great pool, which is cleaned daily as well as the complex. Great landlords and neighbors. Very quiet beach location which is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. No mass tourism. Our stay was 1 week.

3 rooms right on the beach. Perfect place to watch sunrise and sunset.The pool has the cleanest water in all of Bali. The employees are all very nice and always helped us with our numerous questions. The attached diving school is also highly recommended.If Bali/Amed, then here!
