The setting is magnificent, lush mountain views, the room large and spacious, clean, the bathroom is very beautiful too, the staff very kind and the hotel is ideally located. They also offer a scooter rental service.I removed one star because we no longer had hot water the second night (I should point out that the staff did everything to repair it), They finally guided me at 10 p.m. to another guesthouse a little further away from ours (the gentleman asked me on the way if we had paid the loundry, which I didn't find very sensitive given the situation). The same night, the water from the rice fields overflowed, making a hell of a noise in the room, it was quite difficult to sleep. For breakfast, it's ok, however we only have access to the card on the first day. I asked for what I remembered the next day (a pancake and scrambled eggs) thinking that we would be offered the rest but the staff just came in the morning with our two dishes, without offering us the fruit juices, the tea/coffee which was included in the breakfast...Apart from all that, everything was perfect, once again for a very fair price

A dream place. Incredible view and location. The staff is attentive and can organize all kinds of excursions. The villa is magnificent and makes you believe that you are the king of the valley during your stay.

Amazing place, the villa is great, Wayan and Sutshi were also great, the breakfasts served by the hosts were exquisite,The only annoying thing, as someone before me said in the reviews, is the slight presence of insects which are quickly forgotten in relation to the accommodation (none is dangerous 🫶) at the same time when you take accommodation open you get used to it instead of crying over two flies, I also enjoyed the poop that was in the toilet, however this one is not totally adapted to this practice 🙁Thanks Wayan 🫶

Bebek Biru is a pleasant location. Limited amenities provided for showering etc. nice breakfast included, good service. The house is mostly open, so if sleeping downstairs in the main house, and anywhere in fact, you will have to be friendly with bugs (geckos etc), especially in the outside bathroom downstairs. However that generally added to the experience. Panoramic views of rice fields, other villas and surrounding villas make sitting outside for breakfast and relaxation a treat. A great spa across the road and little warungs and shops in close range. A nice walk to do is loop to the left down into the terraces to the opposite village and come back around. Laundry efficient. We had bad luck with rain but still enjoyed our time there, and staff were accommodating with umbrellas etc, it was so peaceful to fall asleep to the sounds of the rain on the thatch roof. Recommended.

We had the room with a view of the water lilies, out of sight. It's really very nice. The location is perfect, not far from restaurants, walks around the rice fields... The breakfast is very good! The only downside: the bed mosquito net had a hole in it, nothing bad but it lets small mosquitoes through. The wall leads directly outside so lets the big critters pass, nothing bad

Nice girl staffs. Rude male manager. Room is ok, just a lot of bugs. Because the room is a glamp with one wall top portion completely open and un-sealed. No netting. No glass. No nothing. Maybe this is why manager is super uptight about upkeeping the space, because it being a semi open space, it gets dirty extremely fast. I stayed 2 nights, every day I had to pick up all kinds of animals to throw outside. Spiders, cockroaches, caterpillars and all kinds of things. Especially evening times, bugs flying across your face or worms falling into your tub during your bath. This place may be cute as a thought. But they really need to fix it or upgrade it. 350k a night is not that cheap. While it isn't expensive, it's also sidemen. It being pricer than Ubud feels odd. Maybe that's a sidemen thing, I'm not sure. Nevertheless. I like the tub, I appreciate the lotus pond, I like the hot water kettle and mini fridge, but there are too many cleanliness bugs issues that made the stay not exactly comfortable. Great stay for a night or 2, but not more than that due to it being an open space.

We stayed 3 nights in the villa. Superb view surrounded by nature. The 2 large terraces allow you to live outside.Everything was very clean... The kitchen could use a little more attention.Offering an Indonesian breakfast 😋 would be a plus. There is a lot of noise from traffic and construction in the valley, which surprised us.Our Western notion of privacy is not accustomed to having the rest area of the service staff in the garden of the villa.Helpful and attentive staff 🙏Many Warung nearby, for us it was “warung Deva”Very nice stay in Sidemen 😎

I have stayed at Bebek Biru three times. I love it here. The views are spectacular, the Villa is amazing & Wayan looks after me impeccably.Breakfast is always lovely, the Villa is spotless, my bed is comfortable & I really appreciate the mosquito net. There's lots to do in Sidemen if you choose or alternatively just rest & relax.I have done all of the above depending on what was needed. This time I brought two friends with me who stayed in their own accommodation. I have the Villa, one friend in room under the Villa & the other in the home stay. All is beautiful accommodation. Impeccably clean & lovingly prepared. It's very special place to stay while spending some time in beautiful Sidemen.♡♡♡
