I stopped here over night before catching the ferry and it was perfect.They picked me up from the airport (with a sign with my name, first time, thank you !!), driver was lovely, safe driving to the hotel, easy check in, easy check out. They book the ferry for me also which was perfect. Breakfast was also really niceThank you !

A huge strong point of the hotel is its location. In a very quiet alley, about 5 minutes walk from the port of Padang Bai for the Gili Islands. Cheap restaurants nearby. 2nd strong point, its staff, kind, welcoming, goes out of their way to help you. I went through their travel agency for the fast boat round trip to Gili Air, and then for the Padang Bai - Denpasar driver to get back on the plane.

Booked through Agoda and paid directly. When we arrived at the hostel, there apparently were no reservations and no free rooms, even though they were still shown as bookable. At Agoda and also at Booking.2 other guests had the same problem.No help from the hotel staff. They also didn't want to contact the owner.So I found myself there without a hostel and without the money. Super bad experience! For the first time ever.

Do not stay in this hotel, especially via the Booking site.The price announced on Booking is not the right one, because supposedly their intermediary ticket.com has not made the change.In the end he asked us to pay 23rd in addition (400,000 IDR), of the 12 euros that we had already paid.They didn't want to know anything and no refund was possible.Complaint made to the booking site because it was a non-refundable reservation.It's simply a thief's hotel!

We arrive and they don’t have any rooms! We have to pay 400,000 IDR more otherwise we don't get the room we reserved!! They just want to steal customers' money!!!! They don't want to know anything!! SCAM!!!

As a summary of construction I will say that I wish I had paid a little more and been comfortableAs soon as we entered the room we found a lizard on the ceiling. The room was quite cramped and the decoration was horrendous.To be quick in the process, we rented the motorcycle at the hotel. 100k for a 500k kilometer scooter. Halfway up a steep hill we realized that he had run out of brakes. a good scare With esq gran carraca we couldn't get very far. I was left without reaching the east viewpoint since halfway up the slope the poor motorcycle couldn't go any further. so I had to walk up the hill under the midday sun. Everything is wonderful!

Not recommended. We thought we were in the center of Padang Bai, but upon arrival it was the second location a bit outside the center. We also booked the climb of Rinjani here, we paid for a private tour. We were then told that this was not possible and that we would go with a small group. This ultimately turned out to be a group of 11. So he made us pay for a private tour and booked a group tour to pocket the rest. With a lot of effort I got the money back. Food in the restaurant was not very tasty. Wouldn't go here!

The hotel is 1 minute walk from the port, the room was very good, the air worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was quite complete, they put it on tables right in front of the room, so it was great . Price-quality very good.
