A total lack of organization. We notified the time that we were going to arrive and that we needed a rental motorcycle and breakfast to take the next day. When we arrived around 8:00 p.m., they had forgotten both things, but they were able to get us the motorcycle, but we didn't find out until the next morning at 5:30, which is when we had to leave. We had to wait for them to bring us some helmets, and then wait at a gas station for them to open because they left our motorcycle without fuel.The next morning we also asked for takeaway breakfast and this time there was a girl at reception, but it was simply to charge us, they had not prepared breakfast for us. Also they got confused and wanted to charge us for 2 days of motorcycle instead of one.Anyway, it's not a bad place, the facilities and views are good. But the treatment and organization and communication with them can be greatly improved.

Nice large room with friendly staff and good breakfast. The view around is amazing, beautiful paddy fields and Agung volcano. If you need anything even booking a car, just tell the owner.
