Barong Villas

Made and his team were perfect and very attentive. The bungalows are spacious and comfortable, the view is wonderful. An ideal place for rest and meditation.Vehicle required to get around and visit the area. Made takes care of everything.

We booked 5 rooms and when we arrived they only gave us 4 because 1 was under maintenance (there are only 5 rooms).We then realized that there were other guests in the structure, right in the room that was supposed to be under maintenance.Terrible food, dirty room bathrooms, and the boss was also rude at the end when it came to the bill.Not recommended!

My partner and I are very happy but at the same time not satisfied with the price for the service... the hotel, its location is unbeatable, nothing to reproach, I give a 10 to the room and a 10 to the spot, the service, as in All of Bali is very close and helpful but the attitude alone is not worth it... since 7 in the morning people are cutting bamboos and making a lot of noise, so in that aspect, the truth is that we are disappointed. On the other hand, our room was missing gel and shampoo and the sink was clogged... with the price of this villa, the truth is that it is a shame. We have been in hotels for €25 a night where everything was checked and arranged before our arrival, so it was a big disappointment. But the worst of all has been the breakfast... a rather unappetizing breakfast... the pancakes have raw and bad dough, and the scrambled eggs are also very bad, the toasted bread arrives soft and has no variety of food. In addition, of all the staff, only one person speaks English (and not very well either). We believe that it is a villa to come to for the spot 100% even if it is for one night, but only one. We personally would not repeat it, totally unprofessional. It's a shame because in all the hotels we have been to in Ubud, Uluwatu, Amed, Nusa Penida, Gili... in all of them the breakfast was a thousand times better and the night was 3-4 times cheaper. Anyway, thank the staff as they are very close, but it shows that they need someone who really understands what a guest expects from a hotel at this price. I give them 3 stars but if I were critical and thinking about what is required of a luxury villa like this supposedly is, I would give them 2 stars. Look, I never put negative reviews but we spent a large part of our budget to spend two nights here and it's a disappointment… ah! And not to mention that they rented us an N-Max that turned out to have poorly adjusted wheels and my girlfriend and I had a good scare... we returned it to them the moment they left it for us... you can't get away from a luxury villa. You expect them to rent you a motorcycle that you can easily kill yourself with... literally in any other hotel they look at it before giving it to you... I don't know if it could be that the usual staff is on vacation or what... but of course I see the reviews of the people and it makes me think that they are people who are paid by the town to put them up because after being here on days 5-6-7, neither I nor my partner can understand how they can have so much score... in the same way I wish them the best and I hope they improve a lot, because undoubtedly in terms of the spot, the best we have seen in our 2 weeks of travel to Bali. I forgot, instead of having a closet in the bathroom with more than one roll of paper, every time you run out (it runs out quickly), you have to go to the hotel entrance to ask for more… and we ask them for information to go to Lombok and they try to help you with a good face but it turns out that the price they propose to take us is 450k per person... which is an absurd price... nothing, the more I write the more angry I get about the price we have paid for this place … and the laundry… in addition to being expensive to do, it turns out that even if you ask them to wash them with cold water, they make your clothes shrink… in hotels for €14 a night they returned our clothes neatly folded and in a plastic bag, here as you can See in the photos they return it to you in small squares and wrinkled... oh, and if you want some water at night you better have a motorcycle to be able to look for water in a Warung, because here from 10:00 p.m. At night, forget about the service because they disappear and you don't see them until the next day. We have also told them to help us get a taxi to Padang Bai which is only 50 minutes away and they wanted to charge us 350,000... logically because they will make their money too, we feel cheated in a place that is supposedly luxury... we have gone out to the entrance of the Villa and in less than 10 minutes we have managed to get a local resident to take us for 200,000. We would definitely never return to Barong villas

We really enjoyed our stay here. This place has a stunning view which no one should miss it. When it comes to the service they treated us like their own family. And you should really try their chicken satay sticks so delicious. I would suggest this place if you need a memorable getaway and here you can live along nature.

Nice villa really spacious, view and pool are nice too. Exceptional service. Head waiter helped us get to Patong Bai and even made us a breakfast box because we had to leave early.

Beautiful location and rooms in Sidemen. We had booked another accommodation, but due to a double booking there was no room for us. Fortunately, we were able to go to Barong Villas at the last minute. Very friendly staff and a beautiful room that was equipped with everything.
