I had an amazing stay here. The room was mega comfortable and clean. Bathrooms are simple, clean and functional. The breakfast is the same everyday but I love banana pancakes and they were delicious so I was happy. Coffee is fine. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The location is excellent because it's just in front of one of the best snorkeling spots.I ate lunch and dinner everyday at the two warungs next to the hotel, catch and grill and warung made, also amazing food and people.The only drawback was that it is in front of the main road so you could hear motorcycles passing by. Despite that I could sleep through the night without issue. And also, Amed is quite calm in the evenings so not much traffic during the night.Overall, great value for the money, if I come back to Amed I would stay here again.

Clean and decent rooms and the price is very good! but the noise at night is infernal. The roosters don't stop, when it's not them it's the dogs and otherwise the scooters.There is no insulation we were woken up every day at 5am…Breakfast is very basic. To see for a little variation.

We had a great time in the dormitory of this hostel! The beds are comfortable and the lockers are really large, plus the breakfast (included) is really good.

The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants and diving companies, and there is a spa next door. The bedroom was very spacious. The best of all was the attention; Both the owner and the other workers were incredibly friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Highly recommended.

I stayed for 2 weeks in Pondok Aldi. The girls working there are super kind and helpful. The location is also really good, since Jemeluk is a nice place for snorkeling. Rooms are okay for the price. What really makes 5 stars is the service and location.For breakfast, there is everyday the same, banana pancake. At the end is boring, but I have to say that the pancake is good. Coofee on the other way, is quite bad.I would recommend if the staff is the same as when I went!

Nice place to stay in Amed.+Centrally located accommodation. Close to all restaurants and the beach.+You can rent a scooter at a very favorable price.+The room is spacious and clean. This is also cleaned every day.+The place is quiet.+The staff and owner are very hospitable.+price-quality ratio is great.

Beds in shared room are nice. Curtains for privacy, big locker, proper stairs for the upper bed, AC but not too cold (highly appreciated!), fresh linen and a towel. However the shared bathrooms could really use some renovation. It’s a bit dirty and one of the shower is really difficult to use (should be fixed).Also there is only one drying rack outside for the whole shared room (8-10 beds I think), and it’s always in the shade, so it doesn’t really get dry. That’s annoying.Breakfast is always tea/coffee and a banana pancake.
