We had a great time diving here as two couples and managed to get our Open Water Diver certification.Reception was at 3am because of flights, but the owner, Bjorn, was really friendly and we were able to go straight to our room and relax without any fuss. The brand new, beautifully decorated and well maintained bungalows made us feel right at home! We were really pleased to find that free drinking water was available throughout our stay, even when we arrived in the middle of the night!The dive centre is located in the resort. We did the Open Water Diver course. One of us is an experienced diver who did many guided dives. Our course was very well organised. The house reef was a highlight during the practice dives, so we went snorkelling almost every day!Bjorn and Alice were also quick to help with any minor problems that arose and you could pick up some extra tips for diving. It was great to see that they put equal emphasis on safety and having fun while diving.We ate at the resort every day. The food was great, traditional Balinese food. We loved the nasi campur and had it more than once. There was also western food and the burger was delicious. But we mostly stuck to Balinese food throughout our stay.All the staff were very friendly and helpful. As a guest you always felt welcome.We chose the resort for our holiday because it had great reviews and it met and exceeded our expectations.

This is a place where everyone puts quality over quantity.Just spend 15days there learning to dive, took OWD and AOW. Nothing was rushed or poorly explained, we were 3 people taking the OWD and 2 for AOW, the diving instructor and diving guides was super professional and never left a newbie unattended.There’s lots of diving sights under 20min drive away, not to mention the house reef only a few steps off the resort. So much to see underwater.I have nothing but praise for the staff of this place, they seem like they genuinely care about everyone.We were so spoiled and they make the best ice coffee I have ever tasted 🥰If you want a peaceful vacation where relaxing and diving is the main goal, this is definitely the place to go.

At the end of February/beginning of March we spend two wonderful weeks in this really wonderful resort with Alice and Björn. We also go diving here in various beautiful places and feel extremely friendly and safe with the people at the diving center. Since I have a few knee problems at the moment, everyone is taking great care of me and almost embarrassingly caring. The dives are excellently briefed and guided, the equipment is in great condition!The food in the restaurant was delicious and the service girls were incredibly nice and friendly. The entire facility is a dream and worth every cent!!! Gladly again and again!!!

We have just had the most wonderful week at ABWonderdive and are already longing to go back. The location is perfect by the beach and local life and the garden so beautiful and well maintained. It is a bombardment of beautiful colors and tantalizing scents.Our bungalow was large and spacious and the bathroom gigantic with a nice little effect: the indoor plants are watered when it rains. In other words, directly open to the sky in a very special architectural way.The restaurant's menu is huge and even in a week we didn't get through all the dishes. Everything tasted heavenly!Our diving was varied with a skilled guide who knew the various dive sites well. The safety was top notch and the experiences the same.We have previously visited Bjørn and Alice and their diving center in the Philippines and each time enjoy their talkativeness, good humor and ability to give us the perfect holiday. Great helpfulness and lots of tricks and good advice. Thank you for you❣️Thank you for a week that more than lived up to our expectations ❤️

Dream vacation in Bali - we spent three weeks in Kubu at AB Wonderdive in November / December 2023. The resort is beautiful, with a few bungalows ensuring that it can't be overcrowded even when it's at full capacity. The entire facility is maintained around the clock and is extremely clean.The owners Alice and Björn look after the guests very well and are available to provide excellent tips for day trips.The underwater landscape at Kubu is also great. Beautiful corals characterize many reefs. Where no corals can be found, lovers of the macro world will get their money's worth. It's unbelievable how much we saw on our 30 dives off Kubu. All dives were accompanied by a friendly, helpful and competent dive guide.Last but not least, we always ate very well at the resort and were served really well by the always friendly staff.I have never come back from vacation so relaxed and refreshed.
