Nice place to stay, 10 or so spacious bungalows set in a very beautiful gardens around a pool, a bit far away from the centre but okay for people who want peace. Good breakfast.

Super cozy place, amazing hospitality and Russian/western cuisine. Highly recommend to try it, complimentary homemade bread goes with almost every dish with olive oil, salt and pepper. They can arrange tours and adventures, we booked a boat trip. Coffee in thermos was complementary given, so nice of them 😊Everything is just great! Hospitality, cozy, we really liked everything down to the smallest detail! And the food is absolutely a fairy tale, I even bought bread for home, fresh, just out of the oven 😊 we also booked a boat tour at dawn, they gave us coffee in a thermos, very nice! We arrived in the rain, cold, they brought us delicious herbal tea, which was also a compliment. I’m looking forward to my next trip and staying there!

I spent an unforgettable vacation at the Arco Iris Hotel in Bali! Everything was at the highest level. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a stunning bathroom and garden views. The food in the restaurant is excellent, there is Indonesian, European and Russian cuisine, I especially liked the coconut soup, shrimp, dumplings and pork ribs.Breakfast is not limited in time!) If you go on an excursion in the morning, your breakfast will be put in boxes and you will be given a thermos of coffee with you😊. There is always fresh exotic fruit in your room. The hotel area is a piece of paradise without exaggeration.The hotel manager Olesya deserves special thanks 🥰. She was always in touch and ready to help, whether it was recommendations for excursions, assistance in booking restaurants, or just kind words. She organized a festive meeting and congratulated our son on his birthday with a delicious cake.It was felt that Olesya sincerely loved her job and cared about the guests, which created an atmosphere of coziness and comfort. Thanks to her professionalism, our holiday turned into a real pleasure.The hotel was spotlessly clean, all services were provided at the highest level, and this is largely due to Olesya. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel and enjoy the same wonderful service!

We stayed here for a week and LOVED it. The staff is so friendly and kind. The rooms are clean. The garden is stunning, there are plumeria flowers all over the grounds.Our room had an outside bathroom which we thought was so cool. In comparison to standard bathrooms, the bathroom is massive. Breakfast is included in your stay. All the food was amazing. Highly recommend this place.When we arrived we had a small issue with the room and, after asking, the hotel staff corrected it promptly and happily.Also, there are several other hotels nearby and we went to them for dinner most nights because they were beach front. Arco iris is not on the beach. It’s easiest to get to the beach by walking through another hotel across the street rather than down to the public access.If you want to do any activity, just ask the front desk, they will call someone to set it up. We had our scooter delivered. And did a snorkel tour from the local beach (instead of driving over to blue lagoon).

WELCOMING was simply incredibleFast check in and room was ready 2hours before check in time.Staff helped me with my big bag and lead me to my bungalowWOW WOW WOWTHE small balcony to the room was great with a nice cane sofa and seperate seat, pedestal fan, fully stocked mini bar with soft drinks, water, beer and snacks.Then you enter the bungalow 🙏🏻It smelt so fresh and nice.They had the AC already on which always an amazing pre thought and really gives you a nice feeling.The room is fantastic in everyway.A WELCONE SIGN on the floor made with fresh flowers,An amazing fruit basket which is complimentaryPool towels, ear plugs in cases, even a nice straw sun hat for the ladies and a woven bag to take to the beachThese guys have thought about everything.Mosquito sprayToothbrush & toothpaste all supplied.The bathroom is huge and incredibly nice with modern fitments, hot water on demand and a nice bath for a relaxing evening.Now for the restaurant =I ordered the following;Caesar salad which was very simple and had only 4x prawns which were not cleaned at all.No salt/pepper / condiments on tableNothing special and very basicPasta al fungi needed salt and pepper then only then it was good.The young girl who served me didn’t go out of her way to perform a thorough service as l had to ask for everything.Overall the place is very nice and well priced.

Excellent hotel!Everything is thought out to the smallest detail.Very cozy rooms with a luxurious Balinese style bathroom. It's especially cool to lie in a huge bathtub when it rains. Part of the open-air bathroom.Delicious food for every taste. The breakfasts were especially enjoyable.The sea is a 5-minute walk away. There are also boats there, where you can go snorkeling.There is a fruit shop nearby. Nearby (10 min walk) is the main road where there are shops, currency exchange and shopping malls.You can book a massage at the hotel itself. Amazing massage at a reasonable price!The most important thing is a great pool.My son was happy and swam several times a day.The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed playing with my son.Overall, the best place in Bali! We'll come again.

I lived in this beautiful place for 1 week in October.I really liked everything. I lived with my son for 7 years. Very comfortable for a child, as there are Russian dishes on the menu. Breakfast is also delicious)Thanks to all the staff, so caring and kind 🙏🏻 special thanks to Evgeniy and Ulyana, always happy to answer my endless questions 😂🙈There is a good beach nearby (3 min walk)Well, 15 minutes drive from the hotel there is the most beautiful beach in Bali - Virgin)There is an exchange office and cafes nearby. In general, everything is for relaxation.The area itself is very quiet and peaceful. Ideal for families.

Came at 9 pm. They said they were working for another hour. She was hungry. She asked: what does Bali papaya soup come with? They answered: with papaya. Okay, I thought, probably pureed papaya soup. What's included in Tuna Salad? Answer: I don’t know, tuna. Thanks for that too. I ordered potato pancakes, hoping for reviews. They asked what I would drink. I decided that I would not order more with such responsive service. I say, I don’t need anything, I’ll drink my water. The waitress left giggling. I hear loud neighing already in the kitchen. The menu says that 10% service is not included in the price. Well, I think it’s doubly sad to pay for such a service. She got up and left. I can’t answer anything about the kitchen. The atmosphere inside is pleasant. I wanted to have a delicious meal after reading the reviews, but I’m unlikely to return. It’s better to eat nasi goreng in a warung, where they will smile at you and tell you the composition of the dish.

I’m giving this five stars for how thoughtful the was. Flowers in the room, fruit basket in the room, arranged early morning snorkeling and we had three rooms reserved, but they were not next to each other due to the room types. They upgraded my sister-in-law to the owner suite and had it ready for her in less than a half hour allowing all three villas to be next to each other.The food was outstanding, try the smoothie bowl for sure.

An amazing place - cozy, homely, like at your mother’s dacha. For me, after three years in Bali, this is the only place where I feel at home.The attitude of the hotel owner towards his brainchild is so sincere that there simply cannot be any other atmosphere there.This place is not for show-offs and Instagram-cutes, this is a real and honest place with great energy and real values.The staff has been working here for years and treats hotel guests as their guests and friends. They are always ready to help with everything and try to solve any issue.This is truly a wonderful place where you receive what you emit. And if love and light live in you, you will receive the same thing in return with arranged strength from everyone who works or rests here. And if for some reason you didn’t get what you wanted here, you should think about what’s inside you, and not about blaming the hotel staff for it….And here are the most delicious cheesecakes in Bali! (I tried everything)All the best.
