A great stay made amazing by the always smiling host Esther. She encouraged us to see the sunrise every morning and made beautiful breakfasts with help from her equally as friendly staff. Views from the roof were really good as the sun set behind Agung. Rooms were perfect, options to cook yourself and AC was great. I would recommend renting a scooter from Esther as it will allow you to get around easily. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. I would love to go back.

We were in downstairs room with pool view - furthest from the office, so no passing foot traffic. Our room was ready early but the bins had not been emptied and there was a pair of socks left in the bathroom from a previous occupant. Esther happily provided 2 single sheets to replace the very short and narrow bed sheet. Bed was firm but comfortable enough apart from mattress ridge in the middle. The pool and pool area were fabulous - clean, calm and in a beautiful garden setting. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Supplies of tea, coffee and sugar were not sufficient. Wifi was good around the pool and in the room.We were on foot and enjoyed the quiet location at the end of a lane off a road on the western edge of Amed. There are plenty of good food options nearby. Amed Balinese Cooking Class is down the main road near the beach - it was great - highly recommended with generous portions and excellent tuition.

Having my best memories in Amed!Esther and her team were so friendly and welcoming, cooking tasty breakfast, taking me on an amazing sunrise tour on the sea, and I love the friendly doggies so much! (Esther is also doing charity work for the stray dogs) Esther even taught me to swim in the pool and you do feel like a family here. The villa is around 10 mins (bicycle distance) away from the busy area, so it is quiet, laid back, and you can see Mt. Agung from the rooftop and also beautiful starry sky on the way at night. Cleaning every day, the room is spacious with a kitchen and all you need. You can fill hot and cold water anytime. In the bathroom, hot water does not last very long sometimes which is common but good enough for a quick bath.Quick response from Esther, she helped arrange my transportation from Ubud to Amed and from Amed to the port to Gili as well. Fantastic stay and highly recommended, definitely going back to visit Esther for my next time in Amed!

The worst accommodation in Amed. The owner is not friendly. No one cares about you. You can find something better and cheaper nearby.

One of the best places I've stayed in Amed.Very quiet, beautiful territory & rooms. I tried all of them.I spent a few months and had a very warm communication with owner and staff.Always clean. Ready to help with anything (I needed to repair the car, they called mechanic). The area is perfect, close to most tasty cafe's, coffeeshops, nice to walk around and enjoy the nature.Very grateful for the time here 🫶

I do not recommend this villa for a long time (more than 2 days). We are currently traveling with an infant. Breakfast is very important for me: I booked through Booking and there are extensive pictures of breakfast. In fact: 5 dishes, 2 of which were local (rice and noodles, had a sour aftertaste).Pancakes - even separated they don’t resemble them and there are 2 pieces per serving (they don’t know how to cook them). During our 2-week stay, we didn’t eat a single breakfast, but no one cared. Usually, in such places, they take better care of their guests. And they are trying to find some solution. There is no territory, and they decided to further reduce it by building a bar.The key plus is 4 rooms. It is not comfortable to walk away from the road with a stroller.
