The place was just ok. Far from being the cleanest. I’ve got better for the same price. The breakfast was a catastrophe, and she literally touched the eggs with her hands 🥴 didn’t eat it, left right away.

- No warm WATER- WIFI only works sometimes but keeps stopping, Staff says it's because it's "windy"...-there are three Lamps in the room only one is working. One of them even has a broken blug so it really just decoration...- STAFF is not helpful. Whenever I asked for something or reported a Problem the girl said she'll take care of it and then she just doesn't come back. I said the water doesn't get warm she said she will get someone. I came out of the ocean and it was cold and dark and I was full of salt water. I was waiting for 1h then went to the reception again and it was closed and she was gone. I couldn't shower all night and had to sleep with the saltwater drying on my body. Very uncomfortable.I booked 3 nights but moved hotel after 1...

Ahmed for the 3rd time... I made a reservation for 3 days because of the good reviews, but the wifi on the 3rd floor is not good.On the last day, I spent the whole day without a regular schedule, and what happened was that there was electricity on the 2nd floor, but there was almost no Wi-Fi on the 3rd floor, and I thought the air conditioner was out of order from the electricity.,. They didn't take care of it for me, so I asked them to just replace the bedding and spent 3 days doing self-cleaning.The bedding is clean and the bathroom window is large, but it is exposed in the evening so curtains are needed.The room and bathroom are well lit and comfortable with a breeze. There is a nice space to rest in front of the door, and you can dry your laundry right away.To find this accommodation, go deep into the narrow alley of the local supermarket and it is located right in front of the sea.The first floor is an accommodation that operates a restaurant and also provides lodging. There is a small refrigerator, and there is plenty of light, so I stayed comfortably for 3 days on soft bedding.

My husband and I stayed at Master Homestay for three nights and found the experience to be a mixed bag. On the plus side, the room was quite comfortable, with a cozy bed, effective air conditioning, and a working fridge. The view of Mt. Agung and the nearby beach was a pleasant touch.However, the stay was somewhat marred by the staff's lack of warmth and hospitality. Their cold demeanor made us feel unwelcome, which was disappointing. Additionally, the guest house is a bit tricky to find; paying close attention to the signage is crucial as you need to navigate an alley to reach it. Overall, while the physical aspects of the stay were satisfactory, the impersonal service was a notable drawback.

I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights with my girlfriend, to be honest I really liked the room, it was nice but the toilet was a little dirty and smelly but that wasn't a problem because the view from the room was very beautiful, what I was most disappointed with was the staff here they're not friendly never smile at me especially the girl with a curly hair!!! I'm not crazy about respect, but I feel like whenever we came to have breakfast or we came from somewhere they were like talking about us behind our backs! I mean it's a shame that the homestay is good but the staff is very ARROGANT, and NOT FRIENDLY, maybe if you don't intend to work in hospitality, IT'S BETTER TO JUST SLEEP AT HOME, THANK YOU!!!!!
