Great place with very nice and helpful staff. Perfect location, close to everything. The property has access to the beach, which is perfect. Very good breakfast. Overall, everything was perfect.

Good rooms for a reasonable price. Very clean. The family here is very nice. Breakfast is enough like in the most asian guesthouses. I recommend the sea view rooms - great to wake up with this view to
the sea and Mt. Agung. I would definitely come back.

The room needs renovation, the sink looked bad. Didn't stay here because the AC wasn't working and the room was too warm to get a good night's sleep. It was scheduled to be repaired the next morning. We then had to find new accommodation late in the evening, of course a lot of it was fully booked, so we had to change frequently over the next few days and only got rooms for 1 night, which made our stay in Amed a bit stressful. We deliberately booked the accommodation some time in advance. Therefore only one star
