Infinity pools which have not overflowed for a long time.Place “maintained” by teenagers who make do with the bare minimum.Old establishment, almost abandoned. It's broken/dirty/ugly/messySuper hard bedding.Frugal breakfast: no fruit juice available, although fruit is on the pancake menu, and juice is on the menu.The only advantage of the deluxe is a beautiful sea view (for the moment, work is underway everywhere around the establishment)Too bad for this establishment, with little cost but a lot of desire, it could find a second lease of life...

I stayed at this wonderful villa for a month, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very start, Putu, the owner of the villa, made sure I had everything I needed for an incredible stay. His attention to detail and willingness to help was a huge part of why this experience was so memorable.Service:The service was exceptional. My room was cleaned daily, and the staff always greeted me with warm smiles and positive vibes. Special shoutouts to Miko, Ari, Guiri, and Wayan, who were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. The girls who prepared breakfast were fantastic as well—Banana Pancake and Tea every morning, which was absolutely delicious!Location & Views:The villa has incredible sea views, and waking up to them every day was a dream. Whether you want to relax or explore, the location is perfect for soaking in the beauty of Amed.Overall Experience:I’m super grateful for the hospitality and care I received here. If you're looking for a place with amazing service, a great atmosphere, and breathtaking views, this is the spot. I highly recommend it!

The room had not been cleaned thoroughly, but the essentials were clean. The breakfast is very good and you also have a great view over the bay. The owner was always very helpful.The problem we had was that there was no water at night, but not always, meaning it wasn't possible to plan for it.

Strong points: location (10 minutes walk from a beach, close to restaurants and massage center) + storage (a large wardrobe) + cleanliness + friendly staffWeak points: slightly dilapidated bathroom + no mosquito nets on the beds + depending on the location of your room, your terrace may overlook the passageway, therefore less pleasantOverall it's good value for money. The hotel rents scooters and you can order taxis with them. The Wi-Fi works quite well and the rooms are air-conditioned. Breakfast is ok (hot drink + fresh juice + sweet pancake or eggs).I recommend for a stay in Amed.

Anugerah Villas: Mixed ExperienceAnugerah Villas boasts a scenic location overlooking the ocean, though the journey there is bumpy due to the road conditions. While the room itself is spacious and offers a kitchen and balcony with a nice view, the overall condition feels a bit outdated.Unfortunately, the stay was marred by a less-than-ideal check-in process and persistent issues with the room door lock. Despite the spaciousness and amenities, these inconveniences overshadowed the positives.While the accommodation might be considered good value for the money, similar options with fewer hassles can likely be found elsewhere.

UNSALUBRICOUS! Flee this so-called “3 star” hotel. We had reserved 4 rooms for 3 nights, we left after our first night. You have rooms in villa just across the road for a few euros more per night "Onlyou" where it is very clean. The hotel is very poorly maintained, surrounded by trash. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are never cleaned. The water in the pool is cloudy even though it doesn't have more... There are 2 pools. The view of the sea is distant because the photos available on Google, Airbnb and Booking are several years old. Service and cleaning is provided by teenagers who lounge around the pool. You can see my photos which reflect the reality of what awaits you. Absolutely avoid if you don't want to spoil your vacation.

On holiday on the weekend with the family, the road to the location is small enough to pass by if you use a car (2-wheeled driving is more recommended). The room facilities are quite complete with breakfast and the availability of wifi and air conditioning... there is a swimming pool and bathtub
