We had 5 amazing nights at Sukun Babonsay. The rooms are very large, clean and well furnished. The staff is very nice and accommodating. You can rent snorkeling equipment, rent scooters and book a transfer. We would come again!

Absolutely horrible customer service. We booked this venue through booking.com which showed "free cancellation." Approximately 2 minutes after we booked I realized we had the wrong dates. I tried to cancel it 1 minute later and they said the free cancellation had passed and we needed to contact the hotel.The hotel refused to cancel the accomodation and kept the entire amount of the reservation. It was literally booked in their system for 5 minutes and they want to take the entire reservation amount of a 3 night stay as compensation. Straight theft.Never book with this venue. Absolutely the opposite of all places I've stayed in Bali.

Went well . Good staff. Fan and Aircon. Good pool and garden. Kitchen facilities . Utensils could be improved . Parking. Good Wifi. No Satellite TV only Indonesian APPS on the TV. Breakfast available or in room rate. Two family units. Pool may have to be shared with children.

A nice set of Villas on 2 levels each. The property of the rooms is impeccable. The property is surrounded by a wall which allows you to have a few chickens roaming free. The garden is perfectly maintained on a daily basis by a team of employees. The swimming pool area is also very pleasant. Air-conditioned rooms equipped with wifi and TV, which is nice.

We had a great stay, the rooms are very large as well as the bathroom. The bathroom has an open window, so if the light is on for a long time, bugs can get in. The sea is in close proximity about 2 minutes to Lipah Beach (by scooter). The staff is also very friendly. You can choose your breakfast. A distinction is made between English breakfast, American breakfast and Indonesian breakfast. Nasi Goreng tasted wonderful.Our bed was made up every day, but not cleaned every day. In general it wasn't that clean. We didn't get fresh towels every day. We only got them when we asked. Another huge disadvantage is that it can be quite loud at night, so if you don't sleep well you should definitely avoid this hotel. The wind makes the doors rattle so much that you think there is an earthquake. At the same time the dogs bark and the roosters crow. That's why you sleep very restlessly here. It should also be mentioned that you cannot take a long shower in this hotel as there is a water heater. Once the hot water is ready, you have to wait a long time for the water to heat up again.Nothing, but it was a nice stay and we would probably come back again.

As for the room review, the living room is spacious, the refrigerator is big, the kitchen is nice, everything is good. Although the bathroom is indoor, the window is made of wood, so mosquitoes can easily come in. And since it is a fixed shower, you cannot use a filter.Nasi Goreng for breakfast was delicious.The sea is located 1 minute away.The staff are very friendly.The swimming pool is small but fun.Everything is fine, but the rooster crows all morning. This is the biggest drawback.

Excellent from all points of view. Our best accommodation by far in all of Bali.Very spacious, modern villas, in perfect condition and very clean.Bed linen clean and in perfect condition, pool towels provided. Housekeeping done every day.The terrace is also very large with a swing, a table and a comfortable sofa.The swimming pool is very pleasant.And what about the garden, a gem with daily maintenance. Everyone is constantly working to keep this place in perfect condition.Very pleasant staff with the possibility of organizing travel for you.Restaurants nearby and possibility of reaching Amed center by scooter.Laundry service right outside and very good value for money.In short, to book urgentlyExcellent value

Very welcoming place and friendly and helpful staff! Perfect swimming pool, very comfortable, a small road right in front that reaches a beach where you can rent boat trips for snorkelling. Clean rooms with air conditioning and towels. We even left our laundry to be washed right out front. They also organized a taxi for us. Everything perfect! 👌

The best choise in Amed. Location is 1minute walk to the beach, its clear rooms, super view to garden and hills, and foreiner family is so nice people and care abouth us.

This villa is a hidden gem!We stayed there just for a few nights while visiting Amed Beach, but some people stay there for months and I understand why.It has spacious rooms, full kitchen, comfy beds, convenient parking and breakfast included.Internet connection is good as well, I was getting 30/30 Mbps which was a really nice option to upload all photos taken throughout the day to iCloud at night.The owners are super friendly and are easy to get in touch with!They finished building those villas right after Covid time and it still smells like new in there.I highly recommend this place!

Great, clean, spacious and brand new villas, build in 2022. Surrounded by the beautiful garden. Pros:Friendly stuff, drinking water, fresh towels, clean pool towels etc. Great place to stay with family.Definitely a 5 stars. I would highly recommend this place while in Ahmed!

Amazing place to stay in Amed. The room was big, super clean and very well maintened. Everything worked perfectly (fan, AC, WiFi, etc..). The place include also a kitchen where you can cook, and also a big fridge.The garden is beautiful and well maintened too, very quiet and peaceful. And the pool clean blue, you just want to dip in it as soon as you arrive. The location is quite "strategic" for Amed, you have very close to the villa some small warungs for local food, or some other restaurants for western food. The beach is walking distance.Finally, special thanks to the owner who greeted me when I arrived, super nicely and friendly, with a welcome drink and he took time to show or explain me everything about the place. My only regret was to stay there only for one night, I would not hesitate to go book there as soon I go back to Amed :)
