A pleasant 3-day stay where the staff will immediately put you at ease. Here it's family, we feel like home but on the other side of the world. I come back once again to the kindness of the staff who kept our scooters for us for 3 days while we went to visit the Gilli Islands! Here it’s one foot in the swimming pool, one foot in the sea. We will definitely come back next year!

Stunning ! Serene and quiet atmosphere, the sea a few meters away (but dangerous), a lush and very well maintained garden which preserves the privacy of the bungalows, although they are close to each other. The bungalows are very large, with large bathrooms. The staff is very available and adorable. Address to remember absolutely!

Bed is comfortable. AC is very dirty but cold. Hot water is good but pressure is so bad have to use provided bucket to shower. Bathtub not working. Staff… they are very nice and trying their best to keep this place clean. For the similar price point, you could get better room around. See picture for yourself.

We are very satisfied with this hotel. Booking our room was easy over the internet, response was very fast. The staff here Rare and Komang are second to none, housekeeping is non intrusive fast and thorough. The hotel is staffed 24 hrs a day, Made is here for overnight security.

Great sea view in a nice older bungalow.Friendly staff take responsibility and fix problems anyone can have .Fixed bedside light as soon as they knew there was a problem for example.If you want a safe to take home no problem it is not secured to anything ,small and light.They see the problem sure they will secure it .If you find bed side light not plugged in and no sign of socket it maybe behind the mattress .But these are not reasons for the low service ratingDon't go for breakfast included as you put out in the open even when the restaurant is empty for the hour long breakfast disaster.Had cold coffee supplied and sent back .What came next coffee with grains all up the cup.American breakfast with scrambled egg.First time just scrambled egg ,second time bit chicken as no sausages. Ashyana Hotel is where you will suffer the breakfast and be the outcast First photo restaurant when arrived ,the second one hour later when left.

I regret only staying two nights. Had an ocean view room, it’s great value. So relaxing and the staff are very attentive. Central position, short walk to the restaurants (less than 50 meters!!!) and great location for exploring East Bali.
