My best stay in Indonesia was at this hotel.I stayed there for 3 weeks. The view is magnificent with the sunsets over the volcano. The staff is extremely friendly!!I didn't find anything better after that!!The swimming pool is magnificent with all these plants. We also have our feet in the water if we want to go swimming with great reefs nearby. There are also plenty of very nice restaurants nearby and it is ideally located. But really the best part was the team who took great care of me.Thanks again to them for making my stay so pleasant and peaceful ❤️

What a coincidence, being the youngest, they put us in the worst room, no light, broken bathroom, dirty sheets, etc.We hired the laundry service with them for 2:00 p.m. and they delivered the clothes to us at 11:00 p.m. And finally, we agreed to hire a taxi for 6:00 in the morning, and no one showed up until 7:00, consequently we missed the ferry. They try to rob you and ask for money anywhere.

Worst hotel in Bali!First bedroom: a vomitous smell coming from the bathroom but present throughout the room.... and everything is dirty: the sheets, the futon of the small sofa, the towels, the floor... second bedroom: the smell is less bad but still just as dirty. I give up, even though I paid for an extra night. It doesn't look like the photos, which have been greatly improved! To flee...The swimming pool is not bad and the view is nice but all the furniture is outdated. To flee!

Hotel with a beautiful common area (swimming pool, access to the beach, roof terrace) but the rooms and bathrooms are very dilapidated and damp

A disaster. A smell of sewage in the bathroom which is very dated. The solution that is proposed is simple: a collection of deodorizers from the entire deodorant range is in the bathroom. To flee !!! No action and no solution other than deodorant. FYI it’s a so-called 3 star. ⭐️!!!We don't talk about the rest.I'll let you judge from the photos.

A lovely place to spend a few days in Amed. The views of the volcano and the beach are spectacular. Waking up like this is worth it! The staff is excellent, the rooms are spacious and the food is delicious. We would repeat without hesitation.
