Amazing hotel! The staff, rooms, and views were all fantastic. We stayed in a room right next to the main pool, and the view was stunning. The room itself was clean and modern, and the pool, overlooking the valley, was a highlight. They even had floating bean bags to relax on, though there were times when there weren’t enough seats for all the guests.The food was delicious and reasonably priced. However, I found the breakfast a bit disappointing. As someone who doesn’t like eggs, my options were limited to pancakes and a smoothie bowl. The pancakes were a bit dry, and the smoothie bowl varied in quality depending on the day.Overall, it was a very good experience with helpful and friendly staff.

This hotel is a true haven of peace... the decor is magnificent, the rooms are very beautiful and above all, the staff are adorable. They took great care of us from start to finish! I will not forget the turmeric infusions that you made for me when I was sick but also the money that I had forgotten in my room that you brought me. Thank you very much! I recommend this hotel with my eyes closed.

The view from the pool area is really beautiful! The hotel is also beautifully landscaped and the garden is very well maintained.Of course, we were already aware that the hotel was very remote and that we would probably mainly eat in the hotel. However, we personally didn't like the food that much, probably a matter of taste. We also found the food prices (especially breakfast) a bit cheesy compared to other restaurants in Bali.The rooms are very nice at first glance, but when you take a second look you notice a few little things that shouldn't be there in a 5 star hotel. For example, our bathroom door wouldn't close and the shower drain was blocked.All in all, the hotel is very nice and the staff was really friendly, but we were not satisfied with the food and the quality of the rooms.

Fantastic villa experience in Bali!We really enjoyed our overnight stay in this beautiful villa. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. The villa was not only very clean and luxuriously furnished, but also perfectly suitable for families. Our children had a great time.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The food was also delicious, with a nice variety of local and international dishes.In short, a perfect place to stay, whether you are with family or alone. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Bali.

I am about to check out of Neano Escape as a solo traveller after 6 days of bliss in what can only be described as paradise.The service has been impeccable, the staff are friendly and attentive, a special shoutout to Hamdi who offered services above and beyond necessary to ensure I had a fantastic stay.The food has been delicious, I recommend the smoothie bowl at breakfast (of course) and the ribs at dinner (to DIE for!)The views are breathtaking, the pool is tranquil, the whole venue is immaculately styled and designed in a way that makes it blend effortlessly into the landscape.In terms of wellness the gym is well equipped to get you through a holiday workout, and the massage at the spa was 60 minutes of perfection.If I can, I will be back with my partner.

The Neano Escape Resort is designed for those who need a break from the hectic cities of Bali.The complex is also very suitable for this because it is far away from trendy restaurants and shops, but offers pretty much everything you need with a restaurant, pool, fitness center, spa and beach volleyball court. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating.The breakfast and the food in the restaurant are also very good.The only negative thing we noticed was the noise from the animals living in the area (barking dogs, screaming rooster at 4 a.m.). However, the hotel has no influence on this. In addition, the costs for transport away from the accommodation (to sights or Padang Bai) are very high. A pickup via Grab or Gojek, for example, is not permitted here. You also have to be aware that it is not adults only.Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay and were able to relax for two days.

Hotel with meticulous and very present service. The possibility of room/pool service via WhatsApp is convenient. Also had a 90 minute massage, highly recommended for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Swimming pool with stunning views of the jungle and the sea in the background. We'll be back! ♥️

The setting of this hotel is incredible. Everything is beautiful. The rooms are large and perfectly equipped. The swimming pool is magnificent. The staff are lovely. The only downside, the prices for meals and taxis offered by the hotel which are excessive and which leave no choice because they are far from everything.

Delicious family stay at Neano Escape, the decor is breathtaking and the space around the swimming pool a haven of peace. We were a family with 2 teenagers aged 18 and 20 and all 4 of us loved the disconnection of the Neano. The hotel is a little out of the way but with scooters and help from the always attentive team, we were able to explore the surrounding area. The restaurant is also excellent. The staff is professional and friendly at the same time.
