"This was the worst hotel experience. We booked two rooms in advance, arrived with a child and were met with absolute chaos. We were told that there were no rooms and sent to sort things out with the company we booked through. However, the company confirmed that there were rooms available. The staff was completely unprofessional, showed no desire to help, on the contrary, they demonstrated complete indifference to our problems. We wasted a lot of time trying to resolve the situation. In addition, the hotel does not match the description: the rooms are dirty, the furniture is old, and the living conditions are far from what was advertised. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you are traveling with children!"

Good location & value. No bar cafe overlooking the beach would be my only negative but there are other venues within a few hundred metres for your sunset drinks.Definitely would stay there again.

Spent 5 nights, so serene and quite. Lovely big rooms, very comfortable bed. The staff and food are amazing. Would definitely stay here againEdy from Housekeeping is a delightful young man went beyond his duties, has such a happy and delightful attitude, we will miss him

The complex is a very quiet location, yet quite local. The rooms were fine and sufficiently spacious. The pool was nice and spacious and the staff is very helpful and nice. We enjoyed the peace and quiet (last part of the holiday) and small exploration trips around this location. Because Candidasa is a little quieter, we also rented a scooter. Was very well done.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The staff was super friendly!Breakfast was okay. Nice swimming pool and nice loungers by the pool.However, the rooms were not great. The children's room is a disaster, there is no air conditioning and it is terribly hot. Air conditioning in the large room works, but not great, it was at 18 degrees and we didn't really feel it, let alone reach the other room.Every day they clean the floor, beds are made and towels are changed. However, the cobwebs could also be taken off and perhaps a new mosquito net on the bed. It is also very dark in the room, even during the day the lights have to be on.
