Excellent accomodation at a very good price. Staff very helpful, they arranged scooter hire and laundry for us and always replied to any enquiries very promptly.Others have mentioned no steps to get in and out of the pool, this is no problem at all if you are are younger/ mobileThe only negative was our villa was close to a restaurant next door so there was some kitchen noise at times, it didn’t bother us but could be a problem for some, I think the Villa we were in would be the only one affected by this.

I was suspicious at beginning if there is affodable villa with pool with rates less than 1mil. I was surprise the villa soo good with full equiped kitchen and water galon.The pool is good enough for our kids to swim.Definitely will comeback again.We stay for 2 nights. If you need helpfrom staf they available 24ht. Just simply text them via whatsapp.Super recomended.

Great location, next to beach and minutes on scooter to busy are on a good road.Also, hidden away from busy road - so no motorbike noises in villa.No rooster farms nearby.Privacy is good (but villa all tucked together you can hear everything from neighbour villas (not in the room - which is good).Staff is helpful and great.No desk/chair inside the AC room. And sun deck during the day becomes so hot.When we moved in our gas stove was broken (fixed next day).Door to room was so hard to close - we don’t bothered.No hooks in bathroom to put towels or closes is quite a miss.Swimming pool no ladder - so not advised for elderly or mobility problem guests.Was somewhat quiet - despite construction is going on next door.There is fields behind villa where local set fire every other day, so constant smoke in the villa may happen.Comfortable beds, but bed sheets with stains and overused over-washed.

Beautiful villa! Newly built and beautifully designed.I had my suspicions due to the lack of reviews from others. Took the plunge and leap of faith to book this Villa it paid off handsomely.Pros:- for the price, unbeatable quality and privacy.- nice villa, good furniture and beddings- nice swimming pool, very clean- nice kitchen chill out area- located near town- good aircon- good hot water and good pressure as wellCons:- deposit was not returned. I told them to issue me a receipt but they refused- room service non existent (lousy service)- they do not clean your room at all. I stayed for 5 nights and there was no room service to make up the room at all even for a single night- swimming pool a little difficult to get in and out- some cutlery and utensils, pots and pans were dirty and not cleaned from the previous guestOverall, I would stay here again. It is value for money and if you can live with the cons that mentioned this is unbeatable value and the best place to stay in Amed

i got good deals stay in serenia villa booked from agoda. the place is in strategic location because you just need 5 minutes walk to get to the beach! many scuba divers start they diving from the beach near serenia villa! the place is quiet and calm, i like the vibes. room is clean and they have complete utensils in the kitchen if you wanted to cook in villa. surely will comeback again if i visit amed! very suitable if you want to stay with family or friends

Good and worth it for the price of 700, but the wifi was spotty, the glass plates weren't clean, the bathroom had an outdoor concept but was a little mossy, not the most proactive and attentive staff. Still 5 stars because the price is still affordable.
