It's quite comfortable but the bathroom door is broken, the shower hook is also missing, it's quite comfortable but voices can be heard clearly from outside. But there is a refrigerator even though it doesn't have anything in it and it's cold.

It looks like last week will be the last time I stay at the Azza Hotel forever.Even though previously this hotel was the first choice for every Kepalembang.It's a shame, the hotel is strategically located but not very suitable1. When checking in at 6 pm. In front of the room there were dirty plates (until check out) the dirty plates were still in the front position of the room2. The towels provided are no longer suitable. Torn and yellow. Looks like a mop3. The bathroom hinge came off. 2x shower. It was also locked twice because the door hinges came off. Luckily there was a friend who could open the bathroom door from the outsideIt seems that the hotel management must immediately improve the current condition of the facilities. If not. Sooner or later consumers will definitely leave it behind. Yes, the location is strategic, but what's the point of it being inconvenient?

The location is very strategic. City center close to PI MALL, PS MALL and Transmart. Just walk across. Even though there isn't much variety for breakfast, I really like the service. Because you're bringing students, you have to worry about leaving suitcases from checkout in the morning until the evening. But served. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Children feel comfortable here. With a price of 350k per night, you can get a superior room and the strategic location is really great.Behind the hotel there is an Alfamart too. I really like Azza Hotel. Sorry, I didn't have time to take photos at the hotel. But this is an honest review 💖

Room: clean, AC cold...Hotel crew: THE BEST, everyone is friendly and helpfulFood: everything is delicious, especially the VEGETABLE LONTONG is the BEST...4 nights staying here, never skip breakfast with vegetable lontong.Makes me miss wanting to come back again..Always success for Azza Hotel..

First time going to Palembang, staying here for 3 days, every breakfast you have to take vegetable rice cake, it's that delicious. Every lunch, I always order pindang patin. Basically, if you stay here you really have to try the vegetable lontong and pindang patin. The hotel staff is very helpful, the rooms are always cleaned every day until they shine. Towels, sheets, blankets, pillowcases are very clean and smell good. If I have the opportunity to go to Palembang again, I will definitely stay here. Thank you Azza Hotel staff for the best service.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, good service, strategic location, pretty good food. The price is pocket friendly. Not expensive and not cheap. Only for the superior rooms, the AC is not cold and there are facilities that are lacking, such as the bathroom lock, many of which are broken, hehe...
