The personnel at the hotel were very nice. We were also able to rent a scooter through them. The room was nice with a balcony and spacious. We had breakfast included and it was okay, nothing special. The pool was nice for a quick dip. There was also free water to have.The water pressure and temperature were a bit weird, sometimes totally fine and sometimes super weak and very hot.

Perhaps I got the worst room in this hotel - number 5, the room above the reception.I haven't seen such dirt in hotels for a long time!She asked to remove the canopy over the bed because it was terribly dirty and torn (pictured).There was someone else's hair on the bed linen. Showed it to the reception and they changed the linen.All the surfaces in the room are so dirty and sticky that it seems they haven’t been washed for many years. I tried not to touch anything, just sleep and leave.The floor was so dirty, my feet immediately turned black after a shower.It’s scary to be in the shower - the door and walls are covered in white coating, the sink is dirty, the water doesn’t flow through (the plug is not adjustable), the pipe to the sink below is all wrapped with tape. The toilet is not cleaned. The hot water lasted for 30 seconds in the morning.There is a huge layer of dust on the headboard and other surfaces.I had previously stayed in 3 other hotels in Amed, and in all of them the rooms were cheaper and much better.The good things about this hotel are the polite staff (welcome drink, linen changed right away), good breakfast.This room is not worth that kind of money. If I had known, I would have chosen a different hotel.

We stayed here for three nights and had a lovely experience! It's a small place with only a handful of rooms, which makes it feel cozy. The outdoors is amazing with plants and the pool and well-kept. The room itself was really nice as well, with good AC and a kettle. The bathroom facilities are outdated but minor compared to all the positives about this place.It's next to a road which can be busy but certainly quiets down in the evening. It's very close to the beach (few min walk) and close to heart of Amed with plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants.The service was 10/10, Tisna and her colleagues made us feel very welcome. They were helpful and their service was always with a big smile! They have two bicycles for rent, which we used to visit some other beaches. They can also help with arranging activities or transport. They also have an inhouse room for massages and such, but we didn't use this facility.Definitely a place to recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Di Amed. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with AC, a TV, and a kettle.Breakfast was generous and tasty.The pool was really lovely and well maintained.Only criticism was the bathroom, it was quite old, in need of renovation, but functional nonetheless.
