Great set up on the beachfront with an infinity pool to chill in while watching the waves roll in. Lovely staff, great food, and top-class service. Lovely bungalows and gardens. We enjoyed the cocktails here.

We were staying nearby and visited the restaurant several times. Breakfast is great value - they have a western, Indonesian and pancake option which includes coffee or tea, fruit or juice and your preferred option. Lunch was also good. Lovely sea views and friendly staff.

41 euros per night in Bali, too expensive for what it is. As if abandoned, only its vegetation saves it. Old-fashioned bungalow - standard room Queen size bed - (threaded sheets with old stains, torn or stained synthetic curtains, old and unchanged towels (leaving me without towels one day even if I hadn't put them on the floor), no hand towels, pitiful coffee tea area in an old rusty pot where we pile up two or three poor bags of basic tea, floor full of dust the first day, no natural light in the bungalow, zero if you close the curtains so as not to be seen , bungalow very close to the others...common area: a very ugly metal barrier visually separates you from the sea, terrace area has only 7 pairs of deck chairs while there are a few dozen bungalows, swimming pool style a overflow, very small and old, restaurant without any flavor and very expensive, zero service at the hotel. Non-existent beach, not fine sand, full of pebbles, broken glass and a stray dog when I ventured out. It's so easy to change. sheets, towels, quality of soap and deck chair covers! Especially after a few decades. No more putting some details in bamboo or rattan instead of a poor rusty pot...cotton curtains instead of torn synthetic...glasses without limescale...in short, to avoid. For less price than that, I found a much better hotel in all respects on the same coast 1'5 km away, the Alam Candi, impeccable service, beauty of the place even if the same structure of narrow land with a small view of the sea, but nothing to see. We don't really understand why the Bali Santi is so well rated?? What are people used to actually? What is it like at home so that they are happy to spend their vacation like that? When you don't know Bali you definitely get scammed. Candi Dasa, in this way it's for diving (magnificent) Otherwise this coast, without a beach, this town, in reality a road lined with mediocre springs, mass-made Chinese shops, without sidewalks and noisy as can be desired, does not present no interest.

A comfortable place to relax and not noisy. The rooms are quite spacious, the bathroom is also good. Private beach. It is very comfortable to relax and enjoy the sea atmosphere in the restaurant. The price of food at the restaurant is also quite affordable

We stayed in villa 23 for 3 nightsThe rooms were large and comfortable. They each had a bathroom.Hot water was a bit of a wait but okayThe equipment in the outdoor kitchen was not really great, but we did not use it.Our own swimming pool was very nice!The air conditioning in the room was okay, but in the smallest room it gave off a very damp smell.We were happy with our private swimming pool because we did not find the communal one so pleasant.The hotel is located on the sea but not really the sea, it is a beach with stones and a long large pool of water full of stones before the sea actually starts, but that was a shame.WiFi is a disaster

Very nice and cute accommodation. Rooms are very well equipped and furnished. Outdoor bathroom is also very nice and everything is there. Direct beach access and infinity pool, what more could you want? You can also rent scooters directly from the hotel, perfect. Only the food selection is good but the taste is not the best.

Stayed here at Bali Santi for 3 weeks. Bungalow 20 is very spacious with a large open-air bathroom. There are enough cupboards in the room for clothes. Couch in the room and small "kitchen". Terrace with lounger and bench.Unfortunately, we could only walk around the room with shoes on, as there were woodworms in the roof beams in several places and there was sawdust on the floor. Not dangerous but annoying. Otherwise it would be 5 stars!Price/performance is perfectly fine here. American breakfast from 50KRp+21%. The staff is generally very friendly, but unfortunately very loud.Nevertheless, we have been to the complex many times and will book here again.

Beautiful bungalows and villas. Gardens immaculate and swept daily. Right on the beach with amazing views. Staff were fantastic and helpful. They have drivers too at a great price. Loved my stay here and will definitely be back for longer.

My second stay here and would stay again. Lovely pool and a restaurant with a view. Swimmable beach inside the wave breakers. Peace and quiet. Staff were helpful and courteous. I left my hoodie behind and they found it and kept it for me until I could return to pick it up. Big thanks to Manda and all the crew.

We stayed here as a family for two nights.Staff at reception : Rude and unhelpful upon checkin and the lady on checkout was extremely rude and dismissive. These people are the face of your property and should be kind to guests.Rooms : We had two rooms. One of them was far more outdated with hooks on walls for pictures missing, broken door to bathroom with no lock and parts of the roof that need repair. Definitely in need of some tlc.We didn’t eat in the restaurant so have no feedback.This is an area of Bali that we wouldn’t come back to and sadly wouldn’t recommend Bali Santi Bungalows.

I was in Bali Santi for 3 days in the Flamboyan room, the pool was super lowered which allows you to jump into the water, the rooms were very clean and nice. Great "infinity pool" restaurant with very good food and drinks, very nice and helpful staff, I wholeheartedly recommend it🩷💗😻
