Warm beer, ultra frosty management.This place could be amazing but not without a culture change from management. The views are beautiful and everything else is all good, until it’s not and then you see a whole other side of ugly.Expect to be blamed for the problems, treated with hostility and contempt, and never ever given an apology. Not even when the power and water is out for most of one day, when one of your rooms is taken over by strangers preparing flowers because there is no AC in the bridal suite, or you have to let other guests shower in the room because there was no water. I can’t remember ever feeling so unwelcome or unappreciated as a guest anywhere before and I have stayed in some pretty basic accommodations over the years. Beware! Especially if you’re planning a wedding.

Home! The Word which describes this amazing Resort. Mathew is one great host with whom you can make great conversations while sippin Bintangs and watching sunsets. Pool overlooking the Ocean and waves crashing, just stunning. Comfortable Beds im spacious Rooms and large Bathroom. Rooms are cleaned every day. Staff is so kind and lovely. They can arrange you Scooters for rent. Lovely Dogs chillin’ in the Garden. This Resort really gave us a home feeling and we never wanted to leave. Huge recommendation for this place!

I recently had an amazing stay at Bombora Balangan Resort. The staff were super friendly and the service was great. Best cocktail and sunset spot in Bali.. will be back!

The place, although with a view of the sea and a superb sunset, does not have any particular attraction. The only reason to choose this location would be for surfers, but for everything else it takes 20 to 30 minutes to access restaurants or shops, which makes the stay extremely inconvenient.As soon as we arrived, the total lack of reception disconcerted us. There was no one to welcome us. You have to cross a garden and the swimming pool to reach a bar which apparently serves as a “reception”, but that already gives you an idea of the place.Although we arrived at the scheduled time, the room was not ready. After a long wait, we discovered a dirty room, with obviously sloppy cleaning. We had to call back to have someone come and clean it properly.The room itself was a disaster: minimalist to a fault, with outdated and dilapidated furniture. The balcony was almost shared with the neighbors, making any privacy impossible. In addition, the soundproofing was catastrophic: everything that happened in adjacent rooms could be heard clearly.The bathroom was infested with bugs and ants, and the shower was so poorly designed that it flooded the entire room, including the toilet. A real nightmare to use.The food was very basic without effort. To top it off, we suffered a 7-hour water cut, without any assistance from the establishment, or even a bottle of water in compensation. The air conditioning broke down for 24 hours, forcing us to spend a night in the heat (the hotel still offered to change rooms for one night)The transport service to the airport offered by the establishment is correct: charged 15 euros while the same trip with Grab costs 8 euros maximum. Despite several reminders to reception regarding the departure time, no organization was put in place, proof of the total lack of professionalism. We had to make a reservation again with reception every day so that they remembered it because the managers didn't seem to understand.The staff understands very little English, making communication frustrating, even for the most basic requests. Additionally, card payments are increased by 3%, another irritating detail.In summary, this place is not a hotel or a resort. It is a disappointing experience that I do not recommend.

This place is beautiful but the management are rude. I think you could really enjoy this place if everything goes smoothly during your visit but it’s when problems arise that you get a whole other experience. …
