I never ever complain, I’ve stayed in some gross hostels in my time but this is a terrible place. I came to stay for 2 weeks, arrived my first day and the bed was covered in bed bugs. I checked under the mattress and it was infested underneath. No hot water in downstairs rooms also. When I went to speak to the owner about the bed bugs he couldn’t have cared less and told me to find a new place then if I couldn’t put up with it. Checked the bed in another room and again infested. I left and had to walk the streets in the area to find a new place. I found a wayyyy better one for the same price down the road.Do not stay here. It’s dirty and the owner is not friendly or kind, no care for his guests, no apologies or help to find me another place, he barley looked up from his phone when I went to him to speak about it. Luckily I hadn’t paid yet as I just got there. Find somewhere better. There’s no pool, it’s old and dirty, the location is far out from everywhere.
