What an unforgettable stay for all of us ! Every room was spacious with excellent ocean and sunset views. Especially from the roof terrace. We will never forget the ocean and sunset views. Special thanks to Agus for attending to our needs and looking after us!

The accommodation has a lot of stairs!However, there is a shared living room, and each room has a smart TV.The pool is deep but good for swimming. If your height is less than 160cm, you cannot reach your feet.It's friendly, has a large refrigerator, water purifier, and lots of utensils, so it's great for multiple people!There is a lot of sunlight, so it can be a bit hot during the day..!I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but I'm very satisfied with this accommodation.The stars seen from the rooftop are really cool~

Agus. Agus not only made us feel welcomed, he has us believing we were. Exceptional from beginning to end - Agus was more than a Villa manager, he was a concierge.We loved the house - location was awesome, just a five minute walk to the beach and with several warungs near for all our meals.Although, we did cook breakfast in the villa more than once. Excellent kitchen!Great pool for relaxing and just reading a book while soaking in the balangan sun.Would absolutely stay here again.

We asked for construction work upfront (answer: no,there isnt) Well, of course there is some, right in front of the house. You HAVE to leave a cash deposit worth 500$. This is awesome, if you leave afterwards the country and you have millions if foreign currency left over then.The Villa is not equipped according to the expected standard:No frying pan! 2 pool chairs (for 6 guests), no sun umbrella, no chairs on the balconies, the living room is seperated by the neighboring living room, just by sliding door. You will hear every single word, the neighbor is talking about. And in the end we broke 2 wine glasses, for which we had to pay 20$ (we payed 1200€ rent for 5 days).
