Our stay was not what we expected. The room was dirty when we entered, then they came to clean it and it was ok. But the grass was very long, it is not as maintained as it seems in the photos. They helped us solve it, but the treatment and especially the cleaning could be better.

On arrival we got lost multiple times due to there being no sign or indication of where the property was. Once we found the hotel there were no staff to check in, which resulted in my husband and I waiting for over an hour for the hotel to respond to calls and messages.This was a frequent thing- no staff whatsoever during the time of stay, except for maybe 1hr in the day. We experienced daily power and water outages whilst at the hotel, the hotel were completely none responsive to our messages and phone calls when this happened leaving use to sort the issue out ourselves. Due to the issues we faced we were late for reservations and bookings we had made, which meant we lost money due to hotel negligence and bad facilities. The number provided for Villa santai Bali is either old or the person lied about working there as she stated she hadn't worked at Villa Santai Bali for over a year when we called. We have requested a refund on this booking and still no response. This hotel completely ruined our stay in Uluwatu and made what should have been a lovely end to a holiday very stressful. My husband and I are really disappointed with the property and urge anyone considering booking this place to avoid. It is not worth the money and is a scam for the price they charge for their stay.

Super clean place and perfect location. There are 3 rooms in total, this means that the place is super quiet. I think I couldn't look for a better place.❤️
