It was the worst place I stayed in my 10 day trip to Bali. We wanted to cancel through booking as soon as we entered the room, but the owner did not allow it (even though bookingdw said free cancellation anytime). The sheets were stained and smelly. Likewise with towels, we couldn't use any towels. There isn't even a trash can in the room anyway. The room itself also smells. Be sure that what appears in the photos is worse than that, and the owner is also very cold. But I give it 2 points because it gave me medicine when I was sick.

The bungalow is very good, the outdoor bathroom is magnificent.The location is good provided you rent a scooter, which the Orange Balangan Bungalow offers.The swimming pool is nice and very clean.The La Passion cafƩ is a 2-minute walk away and offers excellent breakfasts and meals.

Unlike other reviews. I find the rooms very clean. It has everything you need. The decoration is basic but apart from that, the rooms are OK. Sheets and towels are changed on request. Functional air conditioning, wifi also.Shower hot but not forever.I find the reception staff very friendly, they are always smiling and attentive. You simply have to be too.They rent the scooters on site so it's great. They are very accommodating, we wanted to change scooters twice during the same day, no problem for them.Maintained swimming pool, very pretty exterior,It's a shame that the place is so far from the center, there is more peace and quiet but fewer things to do around, you have to get around by scooter.

For this price - an ideal option for living. Quiet. Beautiful well-groomed area. Clean pool. White bedding. Normal shower! Spacious, bright rooms. The only problem. the kitchen is not well maintained.There are several nice restaurants nearby.

The worst experience of my life! Never go to this "hotel". At first everything seemed fine, but we quickly noticed that something was wrong. There was one man as a customer service representative who was very bothered when we asked to pay by card. However, the card payment was not successful, but this was just the beginning.The real craziness only started when we got to our rooms. VERY old and dirty. But when we went to the bathroom we saw a very rusty and dirty towel rack that was almost off. I placed one (1) towel on the rack and the rack fell to the floor and fell apart. So the towel rack couldn't support the weight of one towel! Imagine!When we were about to change accommodation, the customer service representative started accusing us of dropping the towel rack, even though it wasn't our fault. He accused us of being liars and demanded 500,000 rupees as payment. We were confused. Made from a broken towel rack. The customer service representative was very unfriendly and only communicated with her boss. The boss didn't want to talk to us even though we kept asking if it was possible. Finally we got the boss on the phone and he hung up the phone and threatened to report us to booking.com.After two hours of accusations, we left the place and left 100,000 Rupiah with the customer service agent, even though he demanded 500,000 Rupiah.NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. NEVER.

The worst experience of our livesā¦Go to the next hotel!!The person who runs the hotel, a man I hope I never see again in my lifeā¦ a horror!It all starts when he asks us for extra money for checking in before... however he does not specify it on the invoice... when I tell him that it seems strange to me because booking tells us that we could, he tells us to pay him what we see (all without putting it on the accommodation payment invoiceā¦.)We paid it, but we informed booking about it and coincidentally, shortly after, he came quickly apologizing and returning the moneyā¦Here the odyssey began...We don't have water in the room, when I go to inform him he treats me in a very bad manner and after waiting for 5 minutes where he doesn't even look at me, he tells me that it is already solved.I ask him if we can use the kitchen, if it is for common use and he refuses (we ask booking and they tell us that it is included, that we can use it...)But obviously when we entered... there was little we could do... dead bugs everywhere...The pool is in the middle of the hotel, a hotel intended for tourism, where you go in a SWIMSUITā¦ and this man, without saying good morning, asks me to cover upā¦ when I ask him the reason, his answer is āhe doesn't want to look at me.ā "However, he tells me that my boyfriend doesn't need to cover himself...I got serious now asking what problem he had with me, and he didn't look at my face at any time, he always looked at my partner...After speaking, it occurs to him to leave, biting his tongue and with an aggressive and violent gesture...Anyway... I'm sorry for the religions, but I think I respect everyone... I also want them to respect me.Here I have not been respected, I have felt harassed by this man making our stay a horror (and we were only going to sleep...)I do not recommend at allHotel far away, bad location, the pipes make a lot of noise, sheets and towels from 20 years agoā¦Dirt black walls

Good. Only 1 person at reception during the entire stay. Complains when asked to clean the room, speaks very little English.Rooms with some experience, old and somewhat dirty. The swimming pool is good, apart from the area around which is not maintained. No breakfast. Far from UluMove on if you find something better.

was there for 3 nightson Saturday night. One room started playing music then it turned into a party and the party moved to the pool until 4am with music blasting. Even invited people from other homestay.Manager did nothing to stop this.Not ideal for sleepingOther than that AC not cold, room dirty, would not stay here again
