Rooms were full of mold, very humid and smelled bad. Bathroom also had mold. Bed sheets were damp, almost wet. We left to sleep somewhere else and got a partial refund.

The exterior of the hotel is modern minimalist, giving a simple impression, in contrast to the neat interior and clean rooms. There is only warm water in the shower, the sink faucet and bidet all use cold water. A few notes are that breakfast needs to be improved, the rice used as fried rice is still not fully cooked, and don't use plain bread for sandwiches. Ma'am and the receptionist are friendly and helpful. Rooms without air conditioning but still very cold. There is already a smart TV in the room with smooth internet. It's still okay if you want to staycation in Dieng.

Strategic location for those who want to see the sunrise, staying here is quite ok, because the distance to the peak of Mount Sikunir, Dieng is not too far, it's just that we went the wrong way to this inn... but the hotel location is quite ok because it is located on the main road, the rooms are quite spacious... the food is quite ok.. the service is good.. 👍🏻 because the weather conditions are cold, plus the hot water is not optimal.. hopefully in the future the bathing water will continue to be improved.. so that customers are comfortable staying here ☺️

Got a Deluxe Premier room, capacity for 3 people, clean and comfortable room, friendly service, there are 3 room slippers, but strangely only 1 tea, coffee and sugar are available each, not like in other hotels

Hotel with nice rooms, spacious and clean. Hotel employees are friendly and respond quickly, breakfast is delicious and delivered to the room.We took a VIP room while in Dieng for 2 nights for a family of four.

Got a deluxe premiere room (capacity 3 people) at a discount from Agada, the building is new, clean. Can order a rental motorbike, Honda beats 100 thousand per day.The breakfast is delicious, we have to choose the breakfast package when checking in. Delicious fried rice, delicious beef sandwiches.Minuses:It's really cold, the hot water is only for showering, sometimes it's hot, sometimes it's not. The sink tap and toilet jetwasher are full cold.At night the temperature can reach 9°C (May)The inside walls are not brick, but from a kind of gypsum partition. Near the window it is a bit mossy because at night the inside window can drip with condensation.Of course there is no AC.

The impression of staying at this hotel was very good, my family and I went on holiday to Dieng by booking this hotel for 3 days 2 nights, the service was good, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious, access to tourist attractions was very close to the hotel. For additional suggestions for local television broadcasts in the room, please add them. Overall it's worth it for everything. I hope you can go to Dieng and stay again at this hotel. Recommended hotel

Bad experience visiting here.Service is not sincere and fair.When initially asking for a room at reception, several rooms were explained and the prices for each room.but after we asked about the capacity of visitors in each room, it was explained that the maximum was only 2 people. can add 1 person with an extra bed.When we explained that we wanted to stay with the children in one room, the answer was that it was not possible, this was no problem, we understood that the hotel regulations were like that.BUT then immediately answered again that ALL ROOMS ARE FULL.In the end we didn't stay overnight and when we were leaving the hotel, it turned out that the gutter cover didn't cover all the gutters,the left and right sides of the gutter were left open without a cover and without safety signs. so that one of the front wheels of the car fell into a ditch 50 cm deep.Practically the car got stuck in a ditch without any help at all from the hotel.
