I like it. The room is priced at 400฿, clean, convenient, the car can park next to the room. There is a kettle of coffee. Complete refrigerator. 😊 Convenient travel Not far from Chiang Khan Walking Street. Drive for just a moment.

Accommodation is inexpensive.In front there is a coffee shop and food shop.If going to Chiang Khan Walking Street Use the tricycle service. No need to take your own car. Because it's hard to find parking (during long holidays)

I drove into the resort with the car. I get a phone call from a customer for my business at the time I park the car. I told my wife 'can you please have a look, i have to call back the customer that just called me'.My wife go have a look and told the room is okay. By the time I finish the phone call, my wife came back. As i understand Thai language, i heard the owner say to his wife, 'it seems the farang is too lazy to have a look'. Just the way he spoke about me was rude and it felt like I'm just some trash customer. I decided to move to the next option.My wife told me he almost shouted at her because she tried to open the door in the wrong way.If they cannot respect their customers, how can you do business.I can give one advice to the owner. Learn to treat your (potential) customers like a king. Go to a marketing school for a few weeks, it will do you good.

Luckily I didn't stay at this resort. Just went to inquire about the room and spoke very badly, washed his face and walked back and gossiped loudly about customers. There are a lot of resorts, I recommend going somewhere else.

Good service, many rooms to choose from. Room prices are not too expensive. Convenient for shopping, looking for things to eat and use because it's close to the market and many tourist attractions. Just come and stay here. I recommend this place to everyone.

The first day of stay, there is drinking water and 2 packets of coffee. Stay another day, there is nothing at all. I asked and was told that the coffee was out of stock.
