This was one of the most disappointing experiences staying at Glamping for my wife and I, it really didn't match the pictures offered on social media. Actually, the employees who work are quite friendly in serving, but the facilities are very messy, inappropriate and even barely maintained. At 550k per night, this is not worth it.1. Room walls made of GRC or gypsum are often broken.2. The headlights don't turn on, it's very dark at night, so many people say this place is scary. There was a staff who tried to repair it after I WhatsApped many times, but it couldn't be repaired either, with the reason that I had to look for a light first, I gave you time if you wanted it, please repair it in under 1 hour and I said if it took more than 1 hour, you didn't have to because it was rest time. And the staff said it would definitely take more than 1 hour, it would take that long to install a dead light, which means it's really not ready to sell the room.3. The pool water was cloudy, I had reported from the night about the murky water, hoping that it would be clear in the morning, but it turned out that until 8 am someone was seen vacuuming the pool.4. The rest of the visitors' beer bottles were a mess on the table which should be good for evening coffee, only to be cleaned up in the morning.5. After 7 o'clock there were no staff or security on duty at either the restaurant or the reception, pressed the bell at the reception several times, no response, if there was something urgent with me or other overnight guests, who would want to help😴6. The dense Glamping side plants are not maintained, many trees are not maintained, quite a horror for those who are a bit timid or not used to places like that.7. Breakfast, the fried rice was cold and soft, the fried chicken was just warm. 🥴8. The remaining dirty dishes ordered in the afternoon, I asked for them to be taken out at night, turned out they were put next to my motorbike😕Oh yes, the information on social media also shows that there is a rabbit cage and we can give food to overnight guests. It turns out that ZONK's rabbit cage has turned into an empty, unkempt garden. After casually chatting with security, it turns out that the rabbits haven't been there for quite a long time because they are often eaten by wild animals. For the OWNER, if you really dare to sell rooms at that price, please take care of the facilities, our stay is not free, the plus point is thanks to several employees who have tried to serve me well every time I needed something even though the response was a little slow.
