I stayed with my family on July 7 2024 for 3 days 2 nights.+ relatively new villa, view of Mount Salak- helpers are not skilled, limited bathroom water (1 torn for 2 large capacity villas), very limited hot water, dirty swimming pool water, unsatisfactory catering food, unsatisfactory karaoke equipment

The facilities are okay, the rooms are clean and tidy, the service is okay and the response from the villa guard is fast, you can see the view of the mountains on various sides from the villa rooftop, the swimming pool is okay, it feels like a really private pool, but there is a problem with the sink faucet leaking so it makes the area the kitchen is flooded, the water heater in the room is dead, the location on the maps doesn't match, hopefully the coordinates can be fixed 😮💨🙌
