Not worth a moneyBad, don't recommend. The price is very good quality. Not worth the money, hard bed, air conditioner not cool (the owner said it's hot everywhere??), small bathroom, not clean, no equipment, only 1 bottle of soap, the housekeeper said to use both the shower and the pool.The view is beautiful, but the accommodations around there are all beautiful. The price is better and it's closer to the walking street. Come to Chiang Khan and stay somewhere else.

The room is ok compared to the price-1000-.It's a bit far from the downtown area so it's quiet.The owner was friendly and provided a lot of help.I am willing to go again.

The room is very small, the bathroom is not very good, cramped, there is no place to put things. But the service staff is good, the view is good, facing the Mekong River. Convenient to walk to Chiang Khan Walking Street. There is some parking, but it's small.

I went to stay and was very impressed 🥰 The housekeeper takes care very well, cheap price, includes 1 breakfast, beautiful view worth millions in the evening, the sun sets and the light is beautiful. A comfortable place to walk around and take photos. Near Chiang Khan Walking Street If you are looking for a place to stay along the Mekong River, I recommend Ban Sai Nam 1.

The staff provided very good service. This accommodation area is not as crowded as the accommodations in the inner zone. Quiet, suitable for resting In front of the accommodation there is a seat overlooking the Mekong River. Thick fog in the morning Recommend staying here.

Advantages: next to the Mekong River, peacefulCons: The room smells a bit musty. The air conditioner is very loud but cool. Breakfast, biscuits, coffee, Ovaltine, and a small bowl of porridge are acceptable. Overall, average, not good but not bad. "Request additional information" The day I went there was no one else staying. But we got a hidden corner room behind the stairs. But it may be understood that We have a dog with us. So they arranged a room for us that didn't have many people staying. We secretly felt a little disappointed as well.

The place is newly renovated, clean, the atmosphere is very relaxing, right next to the Mekong River. The bed is wide, should be able to sleep 4 people, parking is a little small, but it's not a problem, better than many places that don't have parking. The car is not too far from the walking street. There are bicycles available to ride in the morning, give alms to monks, and then walk and exercise along the Mekong River comfortably. Recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Chiang Khan, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Good at the river..

Got to stay on the 1st floor, the room floor had water seeping from the edge of the rubber tiles. I don't know what caused this. The room doesn't keep sound at all. I heard the sound of the floor shaking. The sound of people talking The advantage is that it is next to the Mekong River, with a beautiful view.
