Beautiful property. Amazing introduction to living in Ubud area. Owner is super friendly and helpful, and also speaks french. A couple friendly dogs live here too.The room was really clean and everything in perfect condition. Nice porch and semi-outdoor shower. A/C works great!The only drawback is that there's no kitchen available... maybe he can change that.

It's a beautiful property but quite far away from the city of Ubud. The gardens are absolutely stunning and the the swimming pool and seatingareas are nice. Everything around closes by 8:00 PM so you'll have to buy everything you need by then. Ida, the host is quite helpful and helped us rent scooters.Coming to the rooms. Again, rooms are big and spacious. But for a two floor room, there is a small AC ( about 0.5 - 1 tonne) which is not enough to cool the room. Lighting is dim, with only one bulb. You need to carry your international chargers or convertors. The bathrooms have glass doors an open ceiling plan which is beautiful to look at but might be uncomfortable if you aren't used to it. No bidets or health flushes.A men's shirt and towel went missing when they were clearly there when we unpacked. We had turned to AC on in our rooms to cool down by the time we got back but they were turned off when we came back. So someone definitely entered our rooms when we weren't there. That did throw our group off a bit.All in all, nice pretty place. But be careful.

Ida is a very friendly and accommodating host! He gives good advice, is contactable and friendly. The accommodations and the swimming pools are very pleasant and clean. No mosquito net, however.

We did a two day tour with Ida (Bearded Man), since we had accommodation already arranged somewhere else. Ida is deeply knowledgeable of Balinese culture and gladly willing to share his knowledge in amiable manners.

Come without hesitation!• TRAVEL: Not being in the center of Ubud, the Gojek are cheaper so it’s easy to go wherever you want!• FOOD: there is no dining service on site, however you have access to a small kitchen to have hot water, coffee, etc. Ask Ida to use it anyway, you never know!• LOCATION: a quiet, calm garden, Ida's dog walks around to say hello, the swimming pool is pleasant! We are located between several ceremony locations so we regularly hear traditional music, etc. it’s incredible!• HOST: the biggest highlight in my opinion, Ida is an incredible man, take the time to talk to him. He has a lot to do but he will always take the time to help you! As a young backpacker he helped me more than once. Thank you again Ida for your kindness 🙏

Very good place to stay, cheap prices with very good quality. Mr. Ida is very kind and friendly, the room is clean, fragrant, the pillows smell clean, the towels smell clean, the bed is neat and clean, there are no stains, the room is air-conditioned, has wifi, no TV, no drinking water boiler, no refrigerator, no hair dryer, the bathroom is big and clean, the yard is cool, clean, comfortable, there are 2 guard dogs, at first the dogs don't recognize them, but over time they get to know the guests and let them in, the entrance to the alley is a motorbike park behind the house. Price under 300 thousand but very good. Will stay again if you go on holiday to Ubud or Gianyar.

Everything is top notch! The location close to Ubud but at the same time quiet, clean room and superb garden. The best part is Ida who is incredibly kind and will help you plan your activities :)

This is a very quiet place although there is a distance from the city centre. but it's quiet villa located on the street many local residents and house on both side. you can enter the Villa from a small, quiet lane and then it appear in front of you. Room is very clean and the host IDA is very kind and will help you for many things, On the backside of the villa there are rice field you can go to visit.
