To be honest, this was my first time at Puncak Village Hotel on August 21 2024 and the first time I found the hotel, I thought it was a bit scary, especially if it was on the top floor, which I originally wanted on the top, but my husband asked for the one on the bottom, looking at the condition. Around the top floor, no one was staying on the top floor, mostly downstairs, luckily I moved in because I had a feeling that I wasn't going to like it. Finally, after entering the room on the ground floor, it was quite big, the room just looked like it wasn't well maintained, there were cockroaches even though there was only 1 and the shower seemed to be leaking and there wasn't a single mat in front of the bathroom and we only got bath soap and no towels. Shampoo, sandals and toothbrushes are not very comfortable, but at night I can't wake up because there are so many mosquitoes, even though there is air conditioning, it still doesn't matter, the mosquitoes are big." This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel but it's not very comfortable because I'm nervous about the hotel. Sleeping isn't comfortable, don't recommend it to stay here again

Exactly yesterday, August 8 2024, my goal was to go to Cimory, since it was a long journey from Tangerang, we arrived at the location at 1 pm, took the initiative to look for the nearest hotel and also wanted to look for a view of Cimory directly, got this hotel, went straight to location, then my wife and I immediately checked in, got room 206, saw that the room was quite neat, there were several broken equipment such as the sink and liquid soap dispenser, which surprised me, still around 2-3 in the afternoon, the atmosphere above was correct really different, it was quiet, in fact I don't think anyone checked in that day, then my wife started to feel uncomfortable and wanted to leave the hotel, and like it or not, I told the hotel keeper to ask to cancel, after I told her and explained why I wanted to go out of the hotel to the cashier, their answer was "I can't because it's already half an hour" and said "Why are there other visitors, they're still outside playing" said the lady who was guarding the hotel registration, me and My wife was quite calm because I thought, yes, maybe it was still midday, after that my wife and I continued playing to Cimory, after we finished playing, we went back to the hotel, it was already afternoon around 5 o'clock, curious about the surrounding location, I went around to look the situation, seeing the stairs full of bird droppings, and the sink outside not being used, was quite scary in my opinion, and I thought maybe the other hotel visitors were still outside, because I felt the atmosphere was very quiet, we first rested for a moment in the room, After sunset, my wife and I went out again to get something to eat, returned to the hotel at around 9 pm, saw that the situation was very quiet, we dared to ask the parents who were on duty that night, "Sir, how many people are staying at this hotel tonight?"He honestly answered "just the two of us"Remembering what the lady who was on duty said this afternoon, she said there were other visitors who were still outside, it turned out that the lady was lying, we firmly asked to leave that same evening, as a result there wasn't a single contact we could contact, even the one on shift 3 They couldn't even contact Ms. Sis who was also there that afternoon,We were forced to choose to just move downstairs, because no one was staying that night except me.

The last time I came here was in 2023 if I'm not mistaken.We booked on the application, didn't expect that it would be called a budget hotel. The important thing is that the location is close to Cimory.It's just that, this inn is unique, in the morning there is a rice seller in front of the room. Yes, it's not bad, so it's not an effort to go downstairs, just open the door to the room, there's someone selling right away ๐
The view from this inn also directly faces Cimory, really close.

I swear for whatever reason I won't come here again, the hotel is like an old hotel. The swimming pool is not used, it's a mistake if someone is swimming, the staff said. There are dead frogs too, it's dirty. Very scary, all night my child wasn't asleep, he said there was a ghost, in the middle of the night someone wanted to open the door to the room. It's really a horror... the 3rd floor is empty, it looks like it's not being used, there's no wifi either. It doesn't match the photos applied, the service is also lacking, if the bathroom doesn't have a mat, you have to ask first.

Actually, the room is spacious, there is a balcony facing Cimory Land... the water is strong... the toilet is difficult to flush so you have to flush it with a scoop... the downside is that the swimming pool is dirty, my son said there were frog eggs on the slide which were broken. The adult swimming pool is also badly mossed. The cafe isn't open, maybe it's not operating anymore. Luckily there are lots of people trading in front of me. The cupboard smells musty and sour, which is really not nice. TV okay. Clean bed linen. Clean floor. The toilet floor is a bit slippery. And the worst minus was that at night when I was sleeping there were disturbances from astral creatures who were playing around, I was staying at 204, someone was playing with the lights, turning them on and off, the TV was also playing, then turned it off... until I couldn't sleep... it was really scary

room 102 :1. The sink is clogged and emits an unpleasant smell2. The AC is not cold and the sound is noisy3. The ceiling has leaking spots4. The water heater does not function and is clogged when the heater tap is opened5. Very little water in either the shower or sink6. The electrical socket near the mattress is not attached perfectly to the wall

There's no need to run the hotel business again if the facilities and other things are NOT USEFUL, the water can't even turn on and it's hard to defecate when you want to go to Dairyland and want to Poop. 300 thousand for facilities is so TRASH

Given room number 101 with leaking AC, hole in the roof, dirty floorAsked to be moved, given to no. 207, everything was okay, ehhh, in the evening, I took a shower, the hot water only turned on for 2 minutes, then it went dead completely, the hot water didn't come out anymore, no response on the phone, it was my turn to go to the lobby, then I picked up the phone and the technician came but didn't help at all and there was no solution. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Hotel but there is no sign, no signs whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!T**K soooooo!!!!!!!!

This hotel is blocked by a shopper by "who doesn't have his name, it's written on the stone cafe KAMPUNG MAIN, Stayed on 24 October, got the room below, first got number 106, the water wasn't there, and finally moved to room 108, the water was smooth, the TV was smooth, the AC was cold, the mattress twins are combined so that the children have more space. It's a bit spooky, there's not even a playground, cm. 1 of the swings is also worn out, the same goes for the swimming pool ๐ฅฒ hopefully it can be repaired again to make it fresh

My experience of staying at this hotelPlus:1. Rooms are quite spacious2. Check In Can Be Faster Than The Time It Should Be3. The staff is quite friendly and quick when asked for helpMinuses:1. It's really hard to get water out (then it won't come out. Once it comes out, the water is small.) It's hard to take a shower and defecate.2. The shower and water heater are just for display because the water doesn't come out3. In front of the room, if it's drizzling or raining, the rickshaw will beg for mercy, there's no staff initiative to make it in Pal4. The swimming pool for children has really dirty water plus the slides are broken, especially since the swimming pool for adults is already like a fishing pool.Overall: Give up on staying here again

Book on 5 September 2023, via the Agoda application, get the price 203001..The rooms are spacious, clean, only 2 small bottles of mineral water, two small glasses, a kettle for cooking water are provided.The minus is that you can't roll, you can get 2 ordinary towels, only a little water comes out from the sink, the reason is there is no rain. The water machine didn't turn on for a warm shower, the view was straight to Dairyland, got room number 106, it was a bit scary because there was another door in the room... the employees were very friendly, the AC wasn't cold enough, the TV signal was good.Suitable for resting.My advice, give it a roll.The only disappointment was that not much water came out.

The only advantage of this hotel is that it is next to Cimory Dairyland, the rest is that the staff is friendly, the rooms are not what you need, the water doesn't work, the rooms are dusty, the sink can't be used, there is only soap and shampoo, the towels are like tattered rags, there are lots of nests in front of the door wallets.
